very sturdy, well-made piece of equipment which will stand the test of time, the timer lets it down a little as it doesn't always work or count every step, they should get some better ones installed, but apart from that i'm thrilled with it, very fast delivery tooEdited nov 26, counter has now broken completely, but the rest is fine

I ordered the stepper and it arrived working ok. The step counter was broken but I could step on it (which is why I got it). I used it maybe 5-6 times over the course of one month. Then one day it leaked oil everywhere and stained my carpet (I was using it for about 10 minutes and I'm only about 51kg so it definitely wasn't like I was straining the weight limit). I thought it was condensation but realized it was (compression) oil. I tried using it another 1-2x and it just leaked oil everywhere, it smells terrible and it stained the carpet. It's past the return date now so it's just a waste of money. Clearly cheaply made.

It seems like a sturdy and well made piece of kit, although as with all steppers, only time will tell (this is my third over the years trying to find a good one). So far, so good. It is extremely compact which is a plus. However, possibly because of the size, there is not much of a “twist” as you step, the footplates don’t splay our much. I personally don’t have a problem with this, I still feel stable when using it and and all the right places feel as if they are getting a good work out. I will report back if I have any problems.

Arrived in good time however after just 5 mins of testing it out one of the hydraulic cylinders started to leak fluid over my floor. Thankfully it didn’t stain and my money was quickly refunded after I contacted the seller however now I’m left with a stepper I can’t use and no apparent way to order a replacement part.

Great machine, to exercise with, fun to use.

After months of using my stepper, I had a problem with the left pedal -it lost pressure- and I got in touch with their customer service. They replied quickly, answered my question and offered a free replacement.Sometimes products are faulty, but I believe the most important thing is that the company deals with it efficiently, just as they did. Not a sturdy product!Calling this a twister stepper is a bit of a stretch as the ‘twist’ about 15?degrees, it is also very narrow and therefore allows for only a narrow step stance,This ok if you’re really tight for space and don’t mind compromising the rom and muscle activation in favour of space saving, (2 stars for space saving)The product is also too lightweight and flimsy to allow for persistent weight through the heel steps- which I could probably cope with but the noise it makes is so loud for such a small product- what you want to hear first thing it in the morning,I used the lubricant provided and loosened the tension- noise still the same!Overall I am disappointed, the search for a good stepper continues,

It arrived, as soon as it was used, oil leaked from it, and continued thereafter, until the fourth use, when the hydraulic fixing snapped,and no not caused by my wife being overweight she is nine and a half stone,with more oil pouring out of it. The only place for this item was the skip, and that’s where it ended up. I was certainly not paying postage to send it back, absolute rubbish product. And upon reading some other reviews, it becomes apparent that I am not alone in this conclusion.This was bought as a present for my wife, and it is seventy pounds down the drain. A very very poor product.
