Works great! My lower back gives me issues and have tried other braces but they gave limited relief. This brace is comfortable, helps stabilize my back and allows me to move around and do things. Definitely one of the better ones I have bought.

The Freetoo WP-25 has a support spine down the middle that many cheaper braces lack. It is comfortable and just what I need for my L4-L5 disc. The tightening system is awesome. Very adjustable and the hook and loop materials used stay in place without sticking to everything you don't want it to stick to. I bought the medium according to the charts for my 39 inch waist measured across my navel and it's perfect. If needed it comes with an extender. It appears to be of high quality light weight material. It should last a long time.

My husband has bulging disks and degenerative bones in his lower back. He says this is working great! He can now lay down in bed and not hurt after working all day in the shop. It provides the support he needs!

I’ve purchased similar lumbar braces that do not give the same support as this. I have deep aching and burning pain due to bulging L3, L4, L5 discs with stenosis and use this while working a job that requires moderate to heavy lifting for a few hours each morning. The added side straps are easy to use, stay in place when I’m bending, and I can feel the change in support when I tighten them. The lumbar pad puts a perfect amount of pressure on my spine and now I can’t imagine using my previous braces that did not have one. I’m glad I found this, as it allows me to get through my mornings at work without too much pain. I do a lot of bending and twisting, and during a two hour shift I might have to adjust the brace once or twice, due to it moving a 1/2 inch or so. I’d say that’s to be expected. Overall, I’d recommend this. I can tell the immediate difference when I’m wearing it.
