Love this stuff. Fiber is one of those things I wish someone had told me about sooner. Helps me keep clean and feel good as well as control hunger. Gut health isn’t just for bottoms or gays either, literally everyone will benefit from a good fiber supplement. I haven’t had any issues since Ive started taking these a few months ago and I love that I’m supporting a queer company. Stay handsome.

These are the best fiber pills I’ve found. I used Pure for Men for years, but it tended to upset my sensitive stomach. Switching to Friend of Dorothy, I’ve consistently had solid movements and overall feel better. Highly recommend!

I felt and noticed a difference, but not enough of one to justify this price. I've gotten similar if not better results from the brands found in the drug store.

When used consistently with instructions, and with a simple diet (cuz some of you guys eat ANYTHING) this product works fine. Remember it's your gut/tract we're talking about. It just needs regulation and this product does help with stopping the madness when its Happy Adult Fun Time. I would say get consistent with this 2/3 days before you actually wanna have fun, so you tract is doing what it should, along with your diet. Saves you having to do the whole not eating throughout the day before it. But yeah it's good for relief and calming the tract, for sure. there is benefits for the skin too.

I've been really pleased with this fiber supplement. It mixes easily, has a mild taste, and is gentle on my stomach. These capsules r great after maybe a cpl off days of consumption they really work & have cut down the amount off times I Douche I take them with fiber & let them do their work . I must say any product I have got from Friends of Dorothy have always exceeded in what they do to help us guys these products will always be my first to go to keep u the gd work

Lads - dare I say more than 5 stars. Does what you’d expect and is miles better than any other supplement like it. It’s expensive - but worth it. Excellent quality.
