ARLO OUTDOOR POWER ADAPTER FOR ARLO PRO/PRO2/ARLO GO WIRE-FREE CAMERAS (VMA4900-100NAS)

Works perfectly!!!

Heard bad things about the original version of the Arlo power adapters and held off buying them. But when the new ones came out, I had to try one. So ordered one and connected it up. From the cord clamp on the bottom of the camera that keeps the cord plugged into the camera to the integrated power block, the new ones seem to be a vast improvement. So I ordered 3 more and now all 4 of my Arlo Pro cameras are connected to power and are working just fine after 2 months. If there was one complaint, it would be that the cord is too short. It is only about 6' in length.

The media could not be loaded. We needed a replacement for our Arlo Pro 2 cameras. Tried others which were not compatible. This one was the ideal fit. Quality and appearance is great. Fit perfectly into our power adapter and has a great length of battery life. Must have if you need a replacement cord!

A little expensive for a power cable but I thought it would be better for outdoor use than the one included with the cameras. The cable was thicker than I had expected, but adds to the durability. The usb camera connector end was very thick and difficult to fish through the hole I drilled through the wall. Otherwise, it seems like it will hold up well. Wish it had come in white option. (White camera, white mount, white wall, black cable. Grr)

I did not get to use this because it did not work with my particular camera. I searched for a cord for my style of camera and it had the words essential camera on the page. I did not see any other camera style shown on their page. It has Arlo right on the item. It seems to be the same quality shown on Arlo's homepage.I read many complaints of this cord ruining people's cameras, I can say anything about that since it wouldn't fit mine. I would suggest never using an off brand that you know nothing about. You should always use the brand that goes with you camera so that you have no problem. The cord on Arlo's homepage is $60.00 each formy camera. So if this would have actually fit my camera it would have been an excellent price. I am currently waiting for them to mail me a return label because I have no way to print off one.I would suggest you contact the seller to make sure these cords are for your particular Arlo camera.

I almost didn’t purchase this item after reading the reviews. That would have been a mistake. The product if very high quality and worked perfectly. The cable is thicker because it is meant for outdoor use. The only caution for other buyers is that the cable is only around 3 feet long. I simply plugged it into an extenstion cord to reach the outlet.

UPDATE: The email provided by Amazon was to Arlo's events dept so they were unable to assist nor would Arlo direct me to their warranty dept. This cord may have ruined my camera, it will no longer hold a charge not even when I insert the battery. I know the older model was recalled back in 2017 so thought I was safe with this one. I would suggest to make sure to have some sort of cover guard over the camera if it's completely exposed. These cords should not be sold on Amazon if Arlo's customer care dept is non existent after the 30 day Amazon warranty in my opinion. Not only am I out the money I paid for this cord but I'm also out the money I paid for my camera.This product stopped working, it didn't even last a year. I cannot contact any customer support regarding warranty. Arlo's customer support is non existent, their phone and chat service will not connect me with a live agent. I reached out to Amazon for help with this, they were able to provide me with an email address as it is still under manufacturer warranty. I will attempt emailing Arlo. However, I'm not holding my breath on this. I should have listened to other reviewers regarding this product as they encountered same issue. Save your money, it is definitely not worth it - especially when you can't get anyone at Arlo to assist with warranty claim.

Expensive and inconvenient. The plug block is so large it covers the plug below it, which is a problem because I have 2 cameras set up to be used side by side. Thankfully, I was able to come up with a bit of a creative solution to made them fit. I had 3 party power cables before and they showed a charging fault. After reading a few reviews, I learned that this is common with 3rd party cables and Arlo. So here I am.
