Pairing it with Glycine..becomes a powerhouse. Taking half in am and other half in evening with glass of Glycine..stinks of rotten eggs, so means legit. Helps with falling asleep faster for sure with this pairing. After 1 week usage. Despite high dose formula. I noticed no effects i did in previous 1 year i had been using NAC from other brands. No mucolytic effect. No sour taste. No skin clearing effects.
