Don't want to do my laundry without using these. Makes my clothes and linens feel soft, with few wrinkles and a gentle scent. I even use on towels. Makes laundry easier.

I’ve been using this fabric softener for years now. I am allergic to synthetic fragrance and also have issues with eczema and this product is good for both. Please disregard reviews that say it doesn’t dissolve when they place it in the rinse cycle, as the instructions clearly say to place it at the very beginning of the wash. Some people really either never read nor follow instructions, even such clear ones as place in washer with laundry detergent. I’ve included a photo of the instructions that come with this product. I will say that realistically not much fragrance remains if you put clothes in the dryer, but my hang dry clothes do retain a slight lavender smell and all clothes are as soft as a regular liquid softener. Some reviews say they clump together, but I just put them in an air tight jar and have never had an issue with moisture or clumping. When used correctly this product works extremely well.

Never dissolved!! I try everything first before regular usage. I put one packet in a quart of 180 degree water. Most rinse cycles are cold water. It was shaken by a paint shaker for an hour. The picture is after five days of sitting. It never dissolved!!! The granules are very hard. Good luck if you buy this.

Pods work well, used for years. I usually use with a small net bag to avoid occasional residue from the pod not breaking down fully (yes, even following instructions). Would rate higher but the new lavender scent is gross. I’m not generally sensitive to scents but this one gives me an insta headache. Much more floral perfume than the lavender eucalyptus of the old scent. Looks like I’ll have to switch to the unscented but will fondly remember the days when my laundry smelled fresh and clean. Ah well.

It seems the liquid softener gunks up the dispenser and I don’t like dryer sheets. Detergent with softeners are not a good option because a lot of things don’t advise using softeners These little pods slip into the washer with the clothes and do the job with no mess

I started investigating laundry choices that have less plastic waste about a year ago. I found Dropps brand listed as kind to the environment. I ordered the smallest quantity to test it out. This brand gets my clothes cleaner than any other detergent I have ever used in my 45 years of doing laundry. We love it and as soon as I am out of the other cleaners in my house I am switching those too! I bought the glass jars that hold them. I use the stain and odor version of the detergent, the fabric softener and the oxi booster pods. I use the crisp and clean fragrance. The fragrance is very light if anything at all. They do sell unscented products. I use dryer balls with essential oils if I want something to smell good. I also use their dishwashing booster spray. It is excellent in cutting grease! If I have something with a burned on or greasy mess, I spray it and come back after I'm done loading and/or washing and cleaning up the kitchen. I use my soft or hard bristle brush and it is all good. I love these products!

I had a few pods that broke inside the box when it delivered. Left powder everywhere and leaking from the box, aside from wasted pods. Looks like the film they use to hold the pod is too vulnerable. Otherwise, the softener seems to be working well and my clothes smell good after wash.
