Love this brand
This is my second bottle of this. I love it so much. I have noticed my energy levels increased. My skin looks better. My hair is growing faster not a huge difference of course but I notice a change. The ingredients are safe and easy on my stomach. I take 2 every morning and I have for 2 months now. There isn’t any nasty after taste like some vitamins have. They are easy to swallow. This is a must have!!

A Balanced Supplement
This takes time to work, so don't expect one bottle to make a big difference right away. Hair and nails take months to recover and improve from damage. My experience is it worked faster on my joint pain. After the first bottle, I noticed less stiffness and pain. I was surprised at how effective this was. Each person will respond differently, so the results will vary. I believe this is worth a try, it has a nice balance of collagen peptides with added vitamins. This product does not cause any GI upset for me. There's no taste when you swallow them. The pills are on the large size, but easy to take.

Helps with things skin.
This pill is easy to take. I have very thin skin on my lower arms in the back of my hand. Along with a collagen cream it really helps.

Perhaps too strong for me?
I'm not positive that these capsules are the reason, but every time I took two of these I would get nauseous as crap. I went to one tablet and still didn't feel great, so now I switched to liquid collagen and I feel better.

Time will tell better
I feel better since taking this supplement, I can only assume by that, that it's working properly. I have been seeing a pain management doctor for a few years with multiple shots in various areas. Since taking this, I don't feel the pain and stiffness that I was feeling. My knee was my biggest issue and was getting shots about every 6 months. I was due for my next one in April and haven't felt the need for it yet over a month later. I was also getting shots in my back and left hip for various pains, those areas feel better also. I was already taking a single collagen for my joints and thought if that was working let's try a multiple one, so far so good. I'm about a month in on the multiple. Time will tell
