Awesome & Fun!
We wanted a pool that was big enough that a few people could get in and be comfortable, but not so big that we needed to use chemicals or items to clean. I live in Texas and the heat is just rude! It's only June and the temp has not been below 90 for 2 weeks now. I ran across this pool and kept it in my faves for a while, and ordered it about 2 weeks ago. SO glad we got it!! At first, we put the pool on our grass in the back yard. We had to use our shop vac as the air compressor hose is too small to fit the large holes where you blow it up, We kept the pool up in that place for about a week. Reason being - we have a Bulldog who loves to swim. She has her own pool but she doesn't care where she gets n the water, just as long as she can get wet - so we decided to try it on or patio. We swept the patio and put the pool up there and it is even better then the yard, even with concrete floor. My husband and I get in it every day. There's enough room for both of us to stretch out, have our head on one side and our feet the other. There's also enough room for us to inflate a chair float, if we want to use that. We don't do any kind of jumping around as we are in our late 40's - 50, but we do have 2 grandchildren who, our 4 year old granddaughter LOVES to play in it! Even with us getting in it every day, the water has remained clean, with the exception of a few leaves and some grass <from mowing>, but that stuff is easily removed. But we do change the water out completely every 2 weeks. Here in Texas, it's s hot that the water is usually very hot when we get in it, <and I do mean hot, like sauna water!!!> so we dump a little water and add a bit to make it comfortable. We were outside a few days ago and it was over 100 degrees, and we were watering our garden, when we heard a big splash. We turned around to see our 88 pound Bulldog swimming in our pool. I freaked out because this pool is Vinyl after all, but she didn't cause any damage whatsoever to the pool! She jumped in and out of that pool at least 15 times, and still no damage. I wouldn't recommend letting your dog in this pool, and we've been teaching her "No", but we were both surprised she didn't ruin the pool! We did purchase the cover for this pool so we wouldn't have to clean it so much, and it works just fine. There is a way to put the cover on the pool so it doesn't get blown off by high winds, and so far we haven't had any problems with it at all. We put our chair float in the middle, put the cover on and it all stays put until we're ready to use it. All in all, I feel this pool is definitely worth the $40 I paid for it <I got free ship with Amazon Prime! - Gotta love Prime!!>. I would purchase this pool again if anything happens to ours, which I'm sure something will as it IS Vinyl! It's not a high cost above ground metal pool, so we don't expect it to last forever. This pool may be vinyl, but it is very strong. If you take proper care of it, it will last you a while. But it is doing it's job beautifully and we are very happy with it! Just know that if you have kids that'll be using this pool - if they play with toys in it - the toys may rip or tear the vinyl, or they may ruin it by excessive jumping <it may pop one of the levels>.

Two seasons in so far, recommend it.
I purchased this in mid/late summer 2019 for use in the Northeast and given today's situation I'm really glad I did! It was around twenty-one dollars last year, today it's double, which isn't as bad as it got earlier this summer. We thankfully didn't have any issues with it last year and it's still good this year. I also purchased the Intex brand plug in air pump which I would recommend. More recently I bought an airbed with a cordless air pump which is great for adding air to this pool. We don't have a very level yard so it's done okay on bumpy ground. We usually put a tarp under it for added protection against rocks and sticks and so far so good. Using a wider tarp allows for covering the pool w/the same tarp when you're not using it. At the end of last summer I let it dry off, folded it up and stored it away in the basement. Other than some residual pink staining on the white parts the pool was still great for this summer. It lives outside, inflated, though we empty out the water after a couple days of use b/c it gets murky. It has survived all kinds of weather this summer. It loses a bit of air between uses but that seems the norm for any sort of plastic inflatable. We don't fill it to the top, mostly b/c of our sloped yard so I can't attest to potential overfilling. But it has survived bouncing on the sides (not supposed to do that...) and having a Step 2 slide over the side so the kids can slide into the pool. As for size, it's small but it's not a tiny kiddie pool and it's big enough for two younger kids to play in or try to float in. On a hot day, it serves it's purpose and keeps the kids entertained. Given the above, I would recommend this pool even for the current $40 something price.

Great Backyard Summer Retreat
Despite what I read about buyers having issues with this pool maintaining inflation, I purchased with an impending heat wave on the way. Upon delivery, the pool was nicely packed in the box and appeared to be in great condition. Immediately, I took it to the backyard and laid it out on a flat concrete slab. Using an electric air pump (which does not come with the pool), I was able to get each air compartment filled under 5 minutes, easily. Just with any inflatable item, you need to act quick to close up the fill port. As I type this, I have inflated the pool on a Friday and it remains well filled here on a Tuesday evening. Needless to say, I have not experienced any leaks nor an absurd amount of deflation. Of course, with time, the pool will become slightly deflated - this is to be expected. All-in-all, the pool is terrific. The neon green color is rather cool looking and the sidewalls allow an adult to rest comfortably against it without collapsing. As a cover, rather than purchasing the Intex version that costs more than the pool itself (at the time of my purchase), I simply purchased a king size fitted sheet and tie it down with small paver blocks on all four corners. This makes for an inexpensive cover and does the job while the pool sits out for a few days at a time. That said, I recommend this product to anyone who wants the enjoyment of an adult-sized relaxation pool without the trouble of pumps and filters; however, I suggest that if youngsters are using it, be careful as I suspect the material is susceptible to puncture if there is roughhousing involved.

Great pool! Also - some set-up suggestions to get the most out of it.
I thought I would post both a review and my suggestions for solutions to the issues with the cover and pool clarity. Firstly, the pool: check the dimensions when buying as it is quite big - perfect for my three young children to jump around in and it would easily fit 4 adults as a lounge pool. It fills to about 1ft depth, but you can put a lot less in for small children. The sides are quite strong when inflated, so it does not need water volume to remain in shape. You must ensure it's level and not near any 'head cracking' dangers as the floor of the pool is slippery even when the water is clean. Secondly, the set-up: I did not fancy having to empty this frequently as it takes a lot of water (max capacity is around 200 gallons). I therefore made the following set-up: (1) exercise mats to go underneath the pool. I bought two packs of 6 x 24" square 'jigsaw' exercise mats and they create a perfectly-sized base for the pool. This will protect your kids and the pool from any hard or rough surface under the pool. (2) footbath to keep the gunk out. I bought an 'inflatabuffet', which does the job nicely. (3) cover - tricky! The reviews of the covers are very mixed and they're very expensive. I bought an 8ft by 10ft piece of garden mosquito netting and 1/8 inch 25ft shockcord. The pool has a ridge halfway up, which means the shockcord will stay snug to the pool, then you simply lay over the mosquito net and tuck it in for a perfect seal all round. This keeps the bugs and leaves out, but lets the rain in - so no sagging in poor weather. I would not recommend this if you have dogs as the neeting is not strong, however, it's cheap and easy and works to keep the pool clear overnight. (4) water quality. I use a small amount of household bleach and bought the Aquacheck test strips. The manufacturer website will give you bleach dosage and the test strips will ensure your pool is OK for your kids at each use. This set up cost just over $100 in total. My kids are delighted!

Will not stay inflated
I've always had great luck with Intex pools. I had this same pool when my children were younger and it lasted for years. I ordered this one for my grandchildren knowing from experience it would be large enough that the almost 3 year old would not constantly be being told to be careful of the younger babies 7months and 9months in their floats. I also knew it would be deep enough for them to be in their floats and for her to have fun in and for me to put a float in when they aren't here!!! I read the reviews about it not staying inflated and such but since my past experience had been so great, I ignored them. I should not have. The older model had screw on caps on the openings and these caps snap on and they do not fit well at all. They are difficult to get back on once inflated and the air pressure often pops them right back off. once you do manage to get them back on, the bottom ring only stays inflated for a day, maybe two at the most. Which means emptying the pool, running an outdoor extension cord across the yard and blowing it back up with the air-mattress pump or pulling out the leaf blower and then refilling the pool. The reason I purchased the additional cover was so that I did not have to refill the pool several times a week. The cover and some bleach everyday prevents that from being necessary. Which even the cap for the drain hold snaps on instead of screws on now and the pressure from the water draining makes it flip over and prevent the water from draining. That was an easy fix as I simply snipped off the plastic piece that held it to the pool however, now it would be much easier to lose that piece. The older model had a drain plug that screwed into place but was attached to the pool, just like the other caps. I would have given this pool a great review IF intex had stayed with their original design for the caps.

YOU BETTER HAVE ROOM FOR THIS ONE! HUGE!
At 6 foot wide and 10 feet long and nearly almost 2 feet tall (depending on how much air you pumped in - see note to follow) - you better have room in your yard for this huge above ground pool; make sure you are in compliance with your local and or State/Providence laws; some have laws pertaining how big an above ground pool can be before one has to have a Safety Fence up! (KEEP THIS IN MIND!) This size is the maximum my area permits without a fence but requires a tarp when not in use (I have also obtained the Intex Matching Pool cover to cover this). Since colors do vary; I have shopped for them in stores - they can range from Seafoam green to Aquamarine - the one I got was Sky Blue in Color - was perfect; it made my garden POP out even more. NEVER LEAVE LITTLE CHILDREN UNATTENDED; IT IS CLEARLY MARKED ON THE POOL AND ALSO THE POOL COVER AS WELL - CHILDREN CAN DROWN! As far as the fun goes, it's a learning experience for the little ones to learn how to swim - at this point it is only half full at the moment, not even at the maximum line stage yet, but plenty of water to go around. Now if you use an electric pump to fill this up, do not over fill; WHY? Because over-filling it with air and the weight of water inside will actually damage the pool itself. If you have really little children, I would recommend that you fill this pool half the depth of water to start off with so they can learn and grow into it as you gradually add more water and teaching them lessons on learning to swim as well as floating; pool sudden also becomes "Educational" as well as a life saver. With plenty of room for the family to be in makes it all the more fun! PLUS IT'S NOT JUST FOR FAMILIES ONLY, SINGLES TO ADULTS CAN HAVE THIS POOL FOR THEMSELVES AS WELL; after a long hard week, it is big enough to put in a raft or floating lodge where you can rest and relax under the sun but ..... BE CAREFUL NOT TO FALL ASLEEP AND BECOME A FRIED LOBSTER! I also recommend the small 1 inch tablet chlorine floaters plus the 1 inch tablet floaters to keep your pool clean plus the PH test strips. Those tablets can go a long long ways! With the floaters, you would want one with a dial type in or twist type end on bottom as how much chlorine you need to be released. If you have soft water, you probably would not need to have the setting on so high, follow the test strip guide first until you have it all set up - on my end my water is semi-hard so one tablet can last up to 3 to 4 weeks before a change is needed. Whenever the pool is not in use, always use the pool cover / tarp and cover your pool. I do not recommend leaving this pool out where there is a chance of snow to ice but in Tropical Zones; you are okay. Yes, you can purchase a small filter machine for this pool if you want to but it is not necessary or required to; it would be far easier in my humble opinion to just let some air out as much as possible without getting water into the middle (there are three areas of this pool where air is to be inflated) as I use Intex Air Pump; then the top layer of pool letting as much air as you can without letting any water getting into the valve area; put some pressure into it and the water just runs all out, far faster than using the drain hole until you have no more water, then you can begin to release air in lower bottom valve as much as possible and normally by this time you can release quite a bit of air, and then flip the pool up side down to drain it out for a little bit. The next step would be moving it to a dry spot and re-inflate the pool, what is helpful here is some chairs to prop the pool up to dry completely - whether you are now going to put it away for storage or going to refill it with fresh water again; typically - as long as the PH test strips are showing fine, once a week or two, depending how much use it has if used all summer long - one would only have to find themselves having to only drain it once and refill it once even if the children swam in it almost every day. * To preserve the pool, please try to avoid usage of any types of oils - such as tanning oils; those that are cream rub in sunscreen are the best but your best option is to schedule a time limit of "pool time" usage with the children as gradually this erases off the "boredom" of summer! You can always add "Fun balls" or Fun Ballz" to volleyball to Pool side Basket ball to rafts to Dive Torpedoes (to name a few and giving you ideas) - all available here on Amazon - so there's never a dull moment. You just might find yourself stuck with them wanting to play pool volleyball all the time or basketball with 2,000 Fun Ballz - even the order of 500 Fun Ballz I have in that pool makes it look like I have only 25 Fun Ballz - this thing could handle 10,000 Fun Ballz (That would drive anyone nuts here, I would not recommend this!) ++ Pool tools are really simple unlike the regular sized above or under ground pools - all you need is a telescopic pool scooper / leaf catcher - comes in handy and making pool clean up easy! I DO RECOMMEND THAT ONE TO INSTALL A POOL MAT - DOES NOT MATTER WHAT SIZE, BUT THIS IS TO KEEP GRASS TO LEAVES TO DIRT OUT OF THE POOL... A 5 gallon bucket is handy here - putting it on the side of pool makes it easier for people to come in and out without having all this grass to dirt inside of pool - NOTE: All are available on Amazon. You can put the pool on top of it in part, or slide it near it and with pool time is over, you can hose it off and let it dry. ^^^ SPECIAL NOTICE I FEEL IS IMPORTANT FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE VERY YOUNG: If you are a parent with a young child or children who are very young, they will have some problems trying to get in and out from the top inflatable area; my recommendation is, do not over or under inflate the top liner as this does keeps water inside the pool. Work with this but keeping the bottom and middle inflated but not over inflated; even though it may not be "full" but deep enough for them to play in and sufficient enough water for you to sit in and letting them run around and play, as they get used to this, you can add more water and let them learn how to used to the arm floats and learn to swim - there is so much fun. Educational: YES Fun: NEVER ENDING OF THIS! Size: BIG - Rectangular - 6 feet wide by 10 feet long Color: I personally have a feeling colors may vary here just like the ones I had seen in Brick and Mortar Pool Stores - mine is in Sky Blue the Image shown here is close to what is called Sea-Foam Green - ALL THE COLORS ARE IN THAT RANGE OF BLUES OF THE OCEAN HUES - ALL HAVE WHITE TOPS TO KEEP THE POOL TOP FROM BEING "HOT" Landscaping: Really makes your landscape POP OUT! REST & RELAXATION: Absolutely - for an adult who has no access or time to drive to a pool, lake, beach, river, anywhere; even having your friends over to soak up would be a blast! Great to have your friends over on a hot summer dog days and schools out and no more hearing "There's nothing to do!" STRONGLY RECOMMENDED - HAVE BEEN PURCHASING INTEX POOLS FOR YEARS AND YOU CAN START WITH BEGINNERS UNTIL THEY GROW INTO IT! KEEP IN MIND - MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH YOU LOCAL LAWS OR STATE LAWS ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN; IF YOUR LAWS REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE FENCING AND A LOCKED GATE, THEN DO ADHERE - A CHILD'S LIFE IS WORTH MORE THAN A POOL!

Best “hillbilly pool” you can buy!
It’s big and deep enough that you can get a couple of floating rings in it. The kids (3 and 6) had a blast! Buy pool trinkets like sinkers and jewels, deep enough to make searching for them fun, but just shallow enough so kids don’t have to get their heads in to find them if they don’t want to. I bought 2 packs of inexpensive foam floor tiles to put under it bc we had it on a cement patio. Also, buy the small inexpensive pump they recommend - blew up and deflated the pool in like, 3 minutes, and I used for the pool toys. Honestly, was super happy. This brand is my “go to” for anything inflatable.

Air lid comes off easily
it’s nice but when filling up the pool with air the damn lid kept coming off. I had to keep filling it up with air and shutting the lid.

Fantastic, spacious family pool—perfect for the UK heat
This inflatable pool is absolutely brilliant and a proper lifesaver for the hot summer days we've been having in the UK. It is wonderfully large and spacious. I am 186cm tall, and there is plenty of room for both me and my son to splash around, cool off, and goof about together without feeling cramped at all. The build quality is excellent, with heavy-duty walls that feel sturdy and secure when filled. It's straightforward to inflate with the two air chambers, and the handy drain plug at the bottom makes emptying it a breeze when it's time to change the water. If you're looking for a proper family-sized pool to beat the heat in the garden, this one is an absolute 5-star winner
