A little gem!
Fantastic phone ... combination of touch screen & keys make it modern but still really fast / easy to text on (I'm a prolific texter & like to send messages without even looking at the screen too much sometimes!) & this does the job perfectly. 5mp camera takes decent photos & the red colour of the casing is unusual. The phone looks great too with the black leather flip cover which is available on this site. As always, battery power with Nokia is incredible, even when using the Internet to email photo attachments etc. All round, a great little handset for people who don't want the hassle of fiddling around with full touchscreens, qwerty keyboards etc. Excellent value for money too! If you like Nokia you won't be disappointed.

Great phone!
I purchased this phone for my mum for mothers day. It is a fab product, as my mum isnt in the 'touch screen' world yet this is ideal as its both touch screen and buttons, she loves it! very simple to use, very smart and the camera is decent. Battery life isnt great but thats probably because my dad has found the angry birds game on it ha-ha. All in all a fab product, simple to use and a good selection of settings.

OK but the screens fail a lot
We've had 3 of these in the past 4 years.Cons:- Loudspeaker is absolutely useless on this model- Screen fails a lot. The touch-screen technology requires pressure on the screen to 'press' two thin layers together. This fails after normal usage.- It's expensive for what it is.- UI is poor- No real support for 'apps' of any kind.- Poor cameraPros:- Great for people who cannot use modern resistive touchscreens.- Good battery life- Wears well overall, apart from the screen which fails.- Great phone is you don't want something to compete with even a £50 entry level smartphone, but just a slightly more advanced old-style phone.

love this phone
I always go for nokia as I find them easy & reliable. I bought this to replace an ailing x3. This one is better - perfect size for slipping into a pocket, great combination of touchscreen & keyboard. Facebook & email are easily placed on front screen for quick access, as well as favourite contacts etc. Love the colour too.

Serious fault
I contacted you immediately after buying it to complain about an important feature of the phone. It is completely impossible to transfer photos to the computer. I thought it was a problem with my computer but when I googled it, I found that it was a common problem. The message comes up 'unsupported usb device. Disconnect cable'. Your team promised to help me deal with Nokia but I never heard another word. The reason I bought this particular phone was for the 5 megapixel camera but I might as well have bought the Nokia Asha 203 (2 megapixel camera) which is quite a lot cheaper but more or less identical. The only reason I bought the Coolpix camera was my disappointment with the phone and your customer service. For this reason, I would be hesitant to buy anything else from Amazon.

Beautiful Phone
This is a lovely phone marked down with one point only because I dislike how much is actually touch screenWas not sure I was going to get used to a touchscreen style but manage quite well as the phone is quite simple and easy to useOne thing I dislike about it is the way you send a text.I found using the touch screen to select a contact makes it a bit tricky as the screen is quite sensitive and Ive found myself actually dialling someone else when trying to select a near by number to message.I think it is the sensitive sceen which makes it more difficult to controlTo use the phone most of the time you scroll through things with the touch screen but setting up the home screen with shortcuts does help a lot.I chose the red phone which is a lovely colour. It looks nice and feels lovely and light. The back cover of the phone appears a bit flimsier and can be difficult to remove without me thinking i might break it however it hasn'tThe mobile does have a decent volume and loudspeaker/handsfree which I find very helpful. You can buy screen protectors for this phone which I found fitted well and helped make my screen a bit less sensitive **PACK OF 2** - NOKIA ASHA 300 CLEAR Screen Protectors with cleaning cloth - TECHGEARThe phone comes without an internet cable but I also picked one of these up very cheaply on Amazon. It connects well to the computer and I found it easy to load music and picture files to the phone. The camera is also very good and takes lovely photosOverall a nice phone if you like the touchscreen style and a great value mobile

Part touch phone
Very poor quality. Sorry. The touch answer stopped working and I have to switch it off and on. I would like the money back.

Well loved
Long time ago now, but I loved this phone until I had to get a bigger screen. Damn eyes. Damn technology. I found it in my drawer the other day, still fits so comfortably in my hand.
