There is alot of talk about GUT health in life today , and that is because it is true that if your stomach is out of balance, too much of the bad stuff , things we eat , take orally like antibiotics, and things that take away the good bacteria in our stomachs .. you or in this case me .... i was filled with toxins as my body was having a hard time balancing my stomach problems , ie constipation, skin problems , fatigue, bloating, weight gain , water retention, and not digesting my food properly and brain fog , memory problems and this is not from as people say getting older... anyway after just taking this product for a couple of days i noticed a big difference in how i felt physically , lighter , and consistent bowel movements. After getting a personalized Viome gut biome analysis, I found that my microbiome was not healthy. I was full of unhealthy bacteria and viruses (in levels that didn't manifest in illness, but were there nonetheless) and deficient in some helpful bacteria. The Viome science recommended a prebiotic and a probiotic with specific ingredients. I wanted a non-GMO probiotic with at least 2 billion CFU. This has 4.4. And, it incorporates a prebiotic, so only need to take two small capsules per day. I have been taking Dr. Bo's capsules for two months and there is a measurable difference in my microbiome. Healthy bacteria are flourishing, my digestion is better, and I *feel* good. If you are planning your own wellness program, consider adding Dr. Bo's to your regimen. My first reason for purchasing this product was that it is vegan. The capsules are small & easy to swallow, with a bonus of being shelf stable, and although I've been using them for less than a month, I do believe that they are definitely doing their job well.

We take these daily and it is so much more convenient that they don't have to be refrigerated. With other products we would have to take a break from them when we traveled. Most important to us - it's vegan! Cruelty free and convenient - doesn't get better than that. Also, the capsules don't clump together in the bottle. Overall, we just feel that this is a superior product.

I got the probiotics for my daughter. She’s always complaining of stomach issues but doesn’t want to change her diet at all. Not fda approved. Not that it makes it safe..but turns poop black and hard if I take daily

Ordered this for my husband to help his gut health. He's always had a weird gut but since going vegan, it's improved tremendously. However he is Navy and will soon be on a ship where sadly he won't have vegan options all the time so he wanted to prep his gut for the unexpected. He has noticed this has helped his gut even more so, even when we had an episode at a restaurant with cross contamination.
