I bought these for my 84 year-old father, who is very hard of hearing in especially one of his ears. He has owned several other hearing aids before and uses these above all the others. He said they are extremely easy to use and amplify very well. They also fit his ear easily and are super easy to charge. He tried brand-name AirPods and absolutely hated those because they were too confusing to him. These are very simple and effective and sold at a fair price.

Not for Television or people with hearing loss as advertised.

My mother lost her $3000 hearing aid. I found this under $100 hearing aid as her backup. Simple on/off , volume control and good price. The $3000 hearing aid is just smaller and link to the phone app that is too fancy for my mom.

It does amplify the sound.

Lost my hearing in one ear after a damaged eardrum. I have tried several hearing aids with no improvement in hearing. I have spent years with no hearing in my right ear. Went to a new ENT doctor and the audiologist placed the aid behind my ear and lo and behold I could hear! She advised me to go to Amazon and order this aid and I am extremely pleased with the results. I could hear from my right ear for the first time in years.

I bought this for my husband because his hearing is of an 90 year oldHe has had many ear surgerys and infections that it has his hearing so bad.He keeps putting of getting in to get some from the Dr.He now has the TV at a level that the neighbors don't hear and we don't have to yell.If it's turned on before putting in your ear it will make a loud piercing noiseIt goes away once in but he says it's hard to turn the tiny button while it's onHe is happy with it with no complaints
