Printer head worked great on the model that I have. Save me lots of money. Packaged well arrived on time works great.

I ordered some cheap ink from Amazon without checking the reviews and it somehow ruined my print head. I did all the cleaning repairs on the menu and some with a syringe I learned from youtube. None of it worked. I ordered this print head and it was a simple install for me. I can see it might be a little difficult for some people but if you're comfortable with low to moderate level repairs this is not going to be a problem provided you have the right tool to open the printer. I was a little nervous when I first received the new print head because it had blue liquid on it and in the package. I emailed the seller who cleared the issue up promptly, they ship with a protection liquid inside the print head to protect it from clogging during shipping so I went ahead and installed to my HP printer. I also installed brand new ink along with it. Installation was simple enough. But the print head need some calibration, alignment function, all three levels of cleaning function, and alignment again. All in all it required 15 pages of testing and calibration which reduced all of my new XL inks by 10% each. My HP 6600 now works perfectly. I'm happy with this product.

Installed this replacement printhead and my printer immediately threw an “unable to move carriage” error. Swapped back to the original and the error stuck. Now I’m dealing with a broken printer and zero clue what to do next. This one didn’t just underperform—it made things worse.
