G-Form Pro-X Knee Pads-Black/Yellow, X-Large

I love these, I wanted to put some miles on them before writing a review and I've done nearly 300 winter miles with them under my riding trousers now. They really are so comfy I forget I'm wearing them. The only reminder is they sometimes squeak against the inside of my trousers. On one 45 mile ride off road I did start to get achy knees, but I don't put that down to my age, not the knee pads. I've only tested the protection very lightly, but again, I only realised I'd banged my knee because of the stain on my trousers! I'm very happy with them, I'm not a racer, but I do like to get rowdy on my bike now and again, so it's reassuring to know I'm protected against those God-awful kneecap strikes.

I wanted to use these to help cope with the pressure while carrying a Bergan on exercise.Bottom line: insufficient distribution. I think I will just need to settle with hard caps rather than something more subtle like this.Comfort: inadequate because the latex strips on the inside were not enough to hold these in place while sliding to a stop on your knees before going prone. They stayed on for the most part, but not in all circumstances.Summary: I was trying to use knee protectors that weren't designed for what I was using them for and it showed in practice. My own fault.

Not had the pleasure of falling off with these which is a good thing. They are very comfortable to wear and cycle in. After a short time you don't even know you're wearing it. The kit seems to give you the confidence to ride better knowing that your knees and elbows won't be skinned and are protected on impact. This is the best armour I have found and at a reasonable price too.

Very comfortable and flexible, really low profile, fit under your closet he's without making you look like robocop. Rode 3 hours cross country then drove home without feeling like needing to take them off. Good protection for anything but proper downhill riding. You can really feel them stiffen up when hit - as my 5 year old decided to test out. I imagine they'd be good for clumsy road cyclists too. Far better than cheap the skateboard type pads you can get. Worth spending the cash on these, you.ll be more inclined to use them than cheaper heavier pads.

I have now used this product for about 2 months. Great easy to use. Sturdy I have felt twice and it’s have done it’s work. The shock feel hard but the knee is fineWould buy it again

It is expensive, yes - but definitely worth the money!I use it only on ice-skating (makes falls painless when trying jumps and spins) together with the G-form elbow pads, but friends use them on tarmac for inline skating at speed as well - they torn out more easily, but still seem to protect.

Great product. I use them to work on film and tv. Wouldn’t use anything else

Using it for an electric skateboard and an electric unicycle, where knee flex is important. These protectors are very comfortable, stay in place (thanks to the rubber lining along the top opening) and have flexible yet strong protection. Very pleased.
