Love the taste and texture. Unfortunately they arrived melted. They have a low melting point and don't ship well.

These bars are great. The taste and texture are amazing. The mint hits just the right amount.

I am a bit of a picky eater/supertaster so my palate is very sensitive to things that are in protein bars. Many brands over-sweeten with Stevia and you can taste it. Or the chalky taste of whey. So I don’t know if it is because the mint overpowers the protein powder is in this or what, but they are really good. Not unlike a peppermint patty. The texture is kind of delicate and creamy. I keep them in my desk for times when I’m in a pinch. I lift and work out a lot so if I don’t pack a decent lunch, I get hangry. These are good for just that. Also give them to one of my kids in her lunches because it tastes like a candy bar but gives her some protein. Quick tip: They are soft, so if you put them in a lunchbox or your purse, the chocolate coating will crack and you’ll have the gooey mint filling all over the inside of the wrapper and it’s a mess to eat. Sometimes I put them in a hard plastic container to transport them to minimize this risk.

Does taste like a protein bar but is better than most others I have tried. The mint flavor is really strong in my opinion.
