Thread Wallets - Slim Minimalist Wallet - Front Pocket Credit Card Holder

Bummed that I didn’t read reviews first. Very pretty wallet. Or you would think so by the photos they post. I got my wallet, looked great until I went to put cards in it and saw that God awful seam. It gets in the way of putting your cards in, the sewing job that done on the wallet is terrible at best. Leaving leftover strings hanging from the wallet, they couldn’t even be bothered to snip those off. After a week of struggling with the seam issue I decided to take matters into my own hands. I turned the wallet inside out and cut part of it to make it smaller, being careful that I didn’t cut near any of the stitching. The next day the whole thing fell apart. They need to figure out this design flaw. Until they do I will not buy another one. But it did keep my cards in place.

I love the design, I love the texture of the fabric, and I love how small the wallet is.My only real gripe comes with the fact that when something is this small every little thing makes a big difference; the wallet is 2 sheets of fabric that have been folded and sewn together but that leaves 4 huge pieces of fabric inside the wallet that take up prime space inside the wallet so I cut them myself but I can't completely remove them without the wallet coming undone so I'm left with the gap between the cards that adds quite a bit of thickness overall.Also the interior main hole doesn't really hold many cards before it becomes unusable because the cards are squished so tightly it becomes impossible to remove them conveniently (I only have 4 inside).And my last observation with this wallet is with 6 cards (4 inside, 1 in the front, and 1 in the back) it looks as though the seam is already coming undone so I applied some liquid stitch fabric mender (glue) on the inside to hopefully extend the wallet's lifespan before it comes undone.

Edit: A year and a half later it is still going strong! I use it every day to hold cards, ID, cash... and whatever else I feel like adding in that day. It hasn’t stretched out at all and I’ve never had an issue losing cards or money or anything out of it. I don’t think I’ll ever use anything else.My sister has used these in the past and I thought they were cool. I switched my phone case from one with a wallet to a regular one and got this thread wallet with lanyard to wear to a concert so I wouldn’t need to carry a purse. It was seriously the best decision ever. It holds my cards tightly and I don’t have to worry about them falling out. I also used a big bundle of cash (to buy merch at the concert) and it hasn’t stretched out! That was a huge deal breaker and it has passed the test.

Now that I don't need a giant bag for my kids (yay!), I wanted something that was compact and easy to carry. I attached this to my key chain and ta-da: perfection! I keep my ID, my two most important cards, and even cash, in it. No slipping! Absolutely secure. It is so easy to get out of the house now - phone goes in the pocket and I grab my keys. The wallet fits into my pocket easily, so keeping track of it while shopping is so simple, no worrying about keeping an eye on the bag in the cart anymore! No more worrying about my wallet or bag while out to eat!

I love this - I got it to transition from a cell phone wallet (the adhesive type wallet on the back of my phone case) and wanted something slim. I upgraded my phone and it now has wireless charging capability, so the phone wallet was discarded in favor of wireless charging. This Thread Wallet securely holds my cards and is super lightweight and easy to carry around. It does not come with the detachable key setup in my photos, but does have a key ring and since my stuff is no longer attached to my phone, I find it easier to keep track of while it’s attached to my car key. This wallet can also easily hide cash, as there’s a $20 bill in the front on the side without the visible $1 bill (in the photos). I would highly recommend this brand and the design I chose is really nice.

EDIT AFTER 9 MONTHS OF USE: It lasted 9 months and the keychain ring that I had attached to the wristlet (that I purchased separately) came off. Sad but at least it came off in my car and I didn’t lose my cards and license. I also noticed it was starting to stretch out quite a bit and I was worried cards would drop but they didn’t. It also is coming unseen in other areas as well. I did love it though and I just ordered another set, same pattern with the closed bottom and a lanyard this time. Maybe it will hold up better but with that said, in those 9 months I put it to heavy use.First review at day one: Just got it today. It is sooo cute, smaller than I even thought. Love it and the idea. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I felt like it could be a little tighter to hold cards and cash. I don’t feel comfortable with the fit holding things in unless I put 5 cards in it. And I put about 10 bills together in the cash area. There is still plenty of room for more cards to be put in back part and cash up front. Now I feel pretty good about it, will be cautious about something getting pulled out and dropped until I use it a month. I also bout the wrestler to put with it and onto my keys. I really like it right now and hope it’s as great as it looks. So far I love it. (I think a bottom put on one end would be great as extra peace of mind.

There are a lot of things I like about this wallet. It holds my cards really tight so I do not have to worry about them falling out. The keyring is the perfect size for my keys and the wallet fits perfectly in my pockets. However, the loop that holds the keyring on is sewn on poorly and already falling out. I am not sure if I can fix it when it does detach because it is sewn into the elastic wallet. It's a huge bummer because I like everything else about the wallet but when the loop falls off my wallet and keys will no longer be attached, which is the #1 plus to this design. If only they reinforced the design better.

Holds cards perfectly however money slides out easily, overall good value for money and easy to use,
