Meh. They do that floaty thing...
So within just a few days of buying these, I get an email from the seller wanting me to double check that I actually bought the correct item for my fountain, and asking me to NOT complain in a review if I hadn't. Well duh. And yeah--I do know that I do own the ORIGINAL Catit flower fountain, and not a look-alike knock-off. I've noticed there are plenty of dunderheads out there who apparently do not know the difference. But I do. And so yes, I'm ordering the correct filters. Which I emailed back and said as much. Only to have them email me again about the issue, wanting additional assurance. WTF?As for the filter themselves (which I am now reviewing as I am now using them), they seem very similar to the true Catit brand replacement filters--which were the ones I bought last time, and was about to again until deciding to see if these slightly cheaper ones were "good enough". And maybe they are. They probably are--after all, we're talking about a filter for a cat fountain...how super high quality do we need? But ultimately I expect I will go back to the original Catit brand on my next order. Why? Well...these are OK. The first thing I noticed is that they are significantly less substantial than the originals. They seem to have much less of the internal (the dark charcoal & the yellow whatever-it-is) filtering material layered between the hard plastic shell and the softer top part. So that marks them as cheaper quality overall. You are getting what you pay for. And it's probably enough. But they also do that "floaty" thing, where after you fill the fountain they pop out of their resting place and free-float (rendering them useless). I hate that. It drives me nuts. I do NOT want to have to mess with "fixing" that issue, every time I take apart & clean the fountain (and being a bit OCD, that is about once a week, although I only change the filter approx. once a month). And although my original Catit filter (the one that came with the fountain) did that same schtick, the Catit brand replacement filters I bought did NOT. So that was nice to get past that fiddly problem, and I figured they must've fixed the design specs (unless I was just crazy lucky, lol!). But they are a bit spendy, hence this experiment with "generics".Will these generics do OK? Yeah. Probably. Less substantial, and not a snug-enough fit so they float without a work-around. But they otherwise they seem fine and the water is flowing as expected. So I won't knock them as unusable, because everyone has their own tolerance level. But if the remaining ones in my order also play that floating game (or if that lack of inner filter material proves to not keep the water clean for at least 30 days), I'm right back to the Catit brand and putting the "generic" experiment to an end. YMMV

Best damn filter ever.
Fit perfect. Great customer service. Thus xomonay really communicates and tries to make sure you are ordering the right item BEFORE SHIPPING it out. Although they make every effort on the advert to tell folks that these filters ONLY fit the cat-it, and then send an email after you order it making sure you read that and understand that... they still seem to get folks who order wrong and then complain. Amazing. This is exactly what they say they are and BEST OF ALL... they actually work better than the non disc style I was buying that were definately cheaper. The ones a I was buying are black on the bottom and white on the top, and soft with no plastic base. They were cheap but only had the charcoal, ni other softener resin. BUT THAT IS NOT THE ONLY THING that make these better... these tend to catch must more hair, crumbs, and other debris that may fall into the well. The Water and the Fountan are NOT slimy after three or four weeks like with the cheaper filters. My cat is also healthier... less 'accidents' on the floor... she is suseptable to urinary tract infections if her water is not clean. (Btw.. if your cat is having accidents on the floor, it may not be because she is a bad cat but it might be the food and water you are giving to him... keep the water moving, fresh, and clean, and use better quality food for urinary tract or sensitive stomachs)

Really good
These filters seem to be as good, If not better that the original ones. Have used many brands, this one has been the best one, lasting over 4 weeks If kept clean. Would but again.

Great Buy-Great Product !
Love this filters! Feel they work well in my Catit fountains quite well. Simply rinse with cold water before use and I find they are good for about a week- sometimes longer depending on the room and water temps. During the heat of summer I felt they needed weekly changing. How I decide is the covering is pure white when you use it - once I start to see a change in the bright white- I exchange for a new one. Just my preference as the compartments that trap dirt, dust, hair etc are generally very very clean with maybe a speck or two in some of them..My cats drink so much more since getting the plastic fountains vs the very expensive stainless steel that lNded in the trash! I use bottled water and these filters and they love it so too me that’s a good sign. Water never smells, although I do top off daily and totally clean 1-2 times a week. Price is reasonable packaging is great. Each filter is individually wrapped inside a master box! I recommend this

Overall a good product with great customer service.
Update 6/27/18:The company immediately reached out to me and addressed and corrected the issue when they saw my review. Excellent customer service, and overall a good product, just need some tweaking to their quality control. The filter seems to be holding up well and I will give them another shot in the future.Opened the package of only two of them so far, but the first one that I opened spilled thousands of super tiny little clear beads all over the place. I have no idea what they were and no idea why they would be in the bag. From what I can tell, nothing inside the filter should contain thousands of beads. Needless to say, I was not going to try that filter in the fountain. I put a second filter in the fountain after checking it very well and rinsing it. I'll update my review as time goes, but as of now, one is already wasted and I don't have much confidence in the product.

Good value, only last 2 weeks
These were such a good price compared to the name brand and they fit perfect. I was so excited, used them a week and I was like YES! Perfect! Well, they only last 2 weeks and then clog and the overflow hole does all the work. It’s frustrating because I don’t even need filtration I just need circulation and to keep the out debris the cats put in. I already use filtered water. They’re good but not great.
