The nitrofuze tr shoe offers versatility for the athlete performing cross-training and running exercises. Its seamless upper provides forefoot support without causing irritation and blistering, while a full ground contact outsole delivers stability during workouts. In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. He chose the name ASICS for his company in 1977, based on a famous Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano," which, when translated, expresses the ancient ideal of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body." Taking the acronym of this phrase, ASICS was founded on the belief that the best way to create a healthy and happy lifestyle is to promote total health and fitness. Today, ASICS offers a full line of performance-driven athletic shoes and technical active sports apparel and accessories dedicated to bringing harmony to the body and soul.

Great fit and sturdy shoe.
Shoes were tight at first but after break in they are perfect. Was going to return but be patient for a few days. Excellent shoes!

They looked exactly as expected. Only problem is that they run small so probably need to state to customers to order a 1/2 size bigger. I'm sending them back and am going to reorder a bigger size.

Narrow in the toes
This had reviews as being small, however my feet are a bit narrow so they fit me great

Three Stars
They fit but a bit tight. Are ok for lifting and boot camp.

but they are great. They are consistent with the Asics brand
I was skeptical when I got these for 35 bucks, but they are great. They are consistent with the Asics brand. I just did a high intensity plyometric workout and they were great right out of the box. I got a half size up as other reviews suggested and they fit perfectly.

Great training shoes!
Great shoe! It felt a bit tight at first but I needed to break them in and it is great now. Walked over 50 miles on them and no pain or blisters. Will be getting another pair in the future.

great for lifting and various exercising
The back portion of the heel is a bit rough. Very durable shoes thus far, great for lifting and various exercising. I have not used for running, doubtful I will as they seem to be a bit clunky for running, however the downside of the back portion of the shoe is the cutting into my Achille's and great discomfort making me change my socks to accordingly.

Just right
Great fit and comfortable. Just the right amount of arch support for me!
