Although I have only had this robot vacuum for a short while, I am pleasantly surprised with its performance. Before buying the Mova, I had a Tikom G8000 pro 2 in 1. Unfortunately, while I was at work, my dog got sick and the Tikom spread it EVERYWHERE! 🙈 Since there was no saving robot after that, it lead me on the search for something new. After reading the reviews and seeing that this model was on sale (and similar to the Dreame), I decided to try it out.Let me just say, the reviews shared here on Amazon and videos on YouTube made the robot look really cool. However, it’s even better in person!1. I love that I don’t have to maintain it as frequently as my old robot because it cleans itself.2. I love that the app is user friendly.3. I love that I don’t have to put adhesive magnets down in the areas I don’t want to vacuum to go near (I’m unfortunately still cleaning up the residue on my floors from that unpleasant necessity from Tikom).4. I love that my floors are spotless (I tested it with my swiffer) and I don’t have to use my manual vacuum or broom to pick up what my last robot missed.5. I REALLY love that it has yet to get stuck6. I love that it can detect any obstacles in its way (so hopefully there won’t be a repeat of my previous disaster 😅).7. Finally, I really love that my downstairs no longer smells like dog (she is has long hair and sheds quite a bit, so this was nice when I came home after it finished its first deep clean).If you are looking for a robot vacuum and this is on sale, I definitely recommend trying it out!

I use to have dog tracks through out the house when I got home but now it’s nice and clean being vacuumed and mopped when I come home. Love it! It automatically changes suction from hard floor to carpet to get the fur out easier.It has many different functions too, you can set it to clean washable rugs with rubber bottoms and rubber Matt’s with the mop and vac. Intense rug cleaning it’ll go one direction and cross paths. You can make it go along the layout of your wood floor to make it clean better. There’s quite a bit of things you can go through.Also The set up is so easy to follow through with the instructions only took a couple minutes to do so. The pictures are like half dirty half clean lol. It’s not as bad as it was before I got the robot it used to be so terrible then you would see a better example but it is what it is. Thank you guys!!!

This was very easy to set up and seems to work very well. It cleans my 850 sq ft apartment in about 45 mins and hasn’t gone below 85% of the battery. My only negative would be customer service- I was missing the brush for the vacuum so I contacted them, the gentleman was very nice and said I needed to fill in my personal info in an email- when I received the email I said I had to send proof of purchase and the serial number in pdf form (I’d never done that before but figured it out) only to get a response that they couldn’t clearly read the number it was perfectly clear I showed it to several people who all could clearly see it so now they won’t send my brush 😡🙄 I did order the package with brushes and extra bags because I will need that but for this much money it was pretty sad they wouldn’t send it.

Super good at n ot only cleaning but communication! I bought 3-4 roomba/mint vaccuums in the past, they all beeped rthyms or promised they could make a map of your home. Mova actually delivers on the mapping, the app doesn't lose the learned knowledge, and the intelligence in how it moves around walls and inconsitent obstacles is impressive. All the mopping functionality is new to me, but the thought that goes into heated drying of mop pads when in the dock is impressive. 100% would recommend.

I still can't get the last step to complete the connection process on the Dream app no matter how close I am with the robot to my router. Then I started using the home button to clean. It doesn't last long or get a good charge for some reason. I tried to remedy that by placing it close to the base to dock it. Instead of docking, it spun around as though it could not find the base, and pushed the base around but could never attach to it. This went on for about 30 minutes. I am honestly putting too much work into this. I miss my old $40 robot from a few years but it stopped working after about 3 years. This is the 2nd robot I've had and still not satisfied with the challenges.

I use mine in between housekeeper visits and I have to say I was Leary when purchasing it but when I received it set up was easy like anything new you have to kind of play with it to get all the little bugs out of it. The only thing I see that was questionable and it’s very minor was it doesn’t appear to work as well on shag carpeting as it does your typical flat carpet but all other types of carpet so far it really picks up everything. I’m glad I finally took the dive and purchased my robot vacuum/mop cleaner. I think you will like it too.

If you are thinking of buying this and tired of placing barriers up for your current robot, buy it. It works perfectly. Other than it being quite the mapping is supreme. My other vac got stuck time after time and drove me crazy waking me up. You will not have that issue with this one. I love it. Map shown is my one floor ranch with many things it can get stuck under. Not at all the lidar and camera is great. I will follow up to see how the battery performs.

I'm disappointed in this vacuum. It doesn't pick up as much dirt as did my old iRobot. In fact, it seems to pick up only half of what the iRobot picked up. And that's what they advertise as it best quality is vacuum power. Otherwise, it's OK. But I bought it based on their insistence that it had a great vacuum.
