Missing parts and damaged screw connection
Hi, I have ordered this item early June, unfortunately by the time it was installed and find out the problems around it, the return period has expired. There isn't anyone to contact and none to assist with my issue. When delivery arrived the item was inspected and didn't appear to have a problem, until installation when we found out that the main screw connection on the T section doesn't work and one of the globe holders was missing.If someone could help, I would really appreciate it.Thank you!

Vraiment un beau produit
Très satisfaite du produit. Le rendu est top et qualitatif. Prix très intéressant compte tenu de la présence de toutes les ampoules et d'un globe de rechange dans le colis.L'emballage est prévu pour qu'il n'y ait pas de casse .Modèle bien pensé et facile à monter.

Lampadario meraviglioso
È arrivato imballato benissimo. Ogni globo era dentro una scatola con doppia protezione.L’azienda fornisce un globo in più nel caso in cui qualcuno fosse danneggiato o per possibile sostituzione.Nella confezione è presente un kit di montaggio con viti, riduzioni, e guanti in tessuto per montare i globi.Cosa non scontata è che l’azienda ha fornito 6 lampadine (calde).Il lampadario è fatto benissimo e ha dei bellissimi dettagli.Sono molto soddisfatta di questo acquisto! 😊
