FNTCASE for Galaxy A17/A16 5G Phone Case: Dual Layer Samsung A17 5G Cover

Nice looking and good to hold. My one complaint is that there were absolutely no instructions about installing the screen saver. I’ve put them on in the past, and thought I could figure it out - but I did a bad job. I had to remove it twice because of bubbles and ended up with a mediocre job. Apparently I missed a step. Not happy with my screen saver installation job, but the case is fine.

Purchased this for a new Samsungs26 plus. The protective film for the screen apparently isn't compatable with the S26 fingerprint reader. I cleaned the screen with the enclosed cleaning materials and followed the installation video. After installing the protector , I could not unlock the phone with my fingerprint. I removed my fingerprint in security and attempted to re-register my fingerprint but the phone says the fingerprint reader is dirty and will not register a new fingerprint. After removing the protective film I am able to register my fingerprint again. The protective film is making good contact with the screen and there are no bubbles seen. The protective case is great and fits the phone well

This is a decent case for basic usage. It is not "heavy duty" nor does it have "dual layers". It is a basic slip on case. It does not have any camera protection and I don't feel like it has any shock resistance to it, at all. I ordered the burgundy & the color is very nice, & it fits nicely. Just am not comfortable with the lack of protection for the phone so I do not think I will be keeping this case.

This is a perfectly fine phone case, but the clear plastic cover to protect the screen was useless--a bit too small and therefore prone to falling out. I didn't care much because I'm not hard on my phone, but others may want to protect the glass screen. Overall it's just fine, and I like the soft bluish green color very much.

95% of this case is a rock-hard, no-friction plastic. That means that if you rest your phone on a surface with even minimal incline, the phone will slide right off. The majority of the sides is also rock-hard, no-friction plastic. As a result, when wearing this case, my phone has had more slips and falls than with any other case I have ever had. The high ratings are baffling. In addition, the included screen protector has cracked faster than any other protector I have ever had (those were purchased as a separate accessory - not a "free" addon). That being said, this case does appear it will protect your phone (sides/backs) in a fall... just expect a lot of them.

This case seemed like really good quality for the price at first - it has a soft silicon case that fits onto the phone snugly and then the hard plastic shell that clips over it. Unfortunately on my XCover6 I noticed every time I'd open an app it would keep immediately going back to the home screen. Took the case off and it stopped. Im pretty sure its a little tight somewhere and it pressing one of the buttons. I may keep it and just disable thr XCover and top buttons but that's pretty annoying to lose that functionality. I didn't use the included screen cover because I have another installed but it looks fine (cheap but fine). Ultimately I'd only buy it if you never want to use those buttons or you're willing to muck with the case by trying to stretch it or cut bits of material away. It's a shame because otherwise it's a nice case for the price.

I really like the case itself. It's thin, and light weight, and it feels sturdy. But the screen cover that came with it was shattered in several pieces. I was very disappointed.

Cheap mass produced garbage that doesn't even fit my phone. The screen protector didn't line up with my front camera, phone case didn't line up with the back, and there's no holes that line up what so ever. There's two on the top despite my phone model only having one microphone hole, and they're not even lined up! The case is too big as well.

I don't know about "military-level" protection but it certainly feels durable and provides a solid level of protection. The dual-layer design feels sturdy, while still fitting the phone easily. Installation is straightforward, and once on, the case has a snug fit. The textured back provides a good grip and helps reduce the chance of accidental drops. It feels like a practical choice for everyday protection and situations where extra durability is preferred, such as going outdoors and using the camera a lot. Like other cases, it is NOT waterproof, so it should not be relied on for protection against water exposure. Also, when used in dusty or dirty environments, some dirt can collect along the edges and seams of the case. This is not a major issue, as it cleans easily with a microfiber cloth, and a cotton swab works well for reaching the smaller gaps. It is clear but you can put stickers and other decorative designs on the back of your phone to personalize it if you so wish, which makes it convenient. I would say that it is a durable and well-fitting protective case that provides good everyday protection. The main considerations are that it is not waterproof and may require occasional cleaning if used in harsher environments.
