Shark HydroDuo Cordless Hard Floor Cleaning System, Stone Metallic, WW201

I have not used this but a few days but with all the bad reviews I have read on different platforms I thought I would give my view. I love this thing!! It is perfect for what I need. I can control the amount of solution I use. It seems to clean very well! It is small. May not be the best solution for large spaces but I did my entire downstairs perfectly with no issues. It probably should have been emptied at least once in my time cleaning, but was not overflowing. It is so easy to clean as well. I will say I did a full vacuumed first but I would have done that anyway. I have 4 cats and a lot of hair on the floor. The light did allow me to see spaces I missed with the vacuum and I loved that. I have tried other power floor mops and this one is the best so far. I love the Shark brand though and have never gone wrong with any of their products

Not for deep floor cleaning and if you have pets expect the pet hair to get pushed around the floor once you get the floor wet with the spray feature. It’s also a pain to clean the wet vacuum. You have to literally take it apart into three separate pieces and wash with soap/water after every use and let it air dry before putting it back together.

This is a big step up from my old vac & mop I’ve been using for 6 to 7 yrs, so I’m hoping I will get that many years out of this model. I understand that with more moving parts it might not give me that time. I think it’s advertised with the illusion of more power than it actually has. This model does pickup crumbs and light dirt and I do love the spray for mopping which also picks up dirt and dust with the roller brush. So I’m satisfied with my purchase and the price, but if you’re looking for a more powerful cleaning product go to the more expensive products out there!!

Great value and ease of use.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Shark HydroDuo is a solid choice for everyday cleaning, especially if you’re dealing with pet hair and small debris like excess pet food or litter. It does a great job in bathrooms—perfect for quick cleanups after the “boys” in the house—and the slim design easily fits under furniture and tight spaces. That said, it does have some limitations with larger debris and I wish it picked up a bit better in those situations. The cleaning solution provided also isn’t my favorite; it doesn’t quite smell “clean,” so I recommend using your preferred cleaner and diluting it properly instead. Overall, while it’s not perfect for heavy-duty messes, it’s excellent for daily maintenance and quick cleanups. For that purpose, I really enjoy using it

Great purchase it does the job

I saw another customer review that said this product was adequate for their needs as a pet owner and that for pet hair the dry mop was most helpful. I have a husky, which means I have an abundance of hair. I love all of my other Shark products, but am deeply disappointed in this one. One of the best features is the type of light because it illuminates the tiniest bits of dust and copious amounts of pet hair, unfortunately it is often also illuminating all it has missed. It comes apart for ease of cleaning and I do appreciate that, however, water and dust reservoirs are both quite small. The roller can be removed after wet cleaning to air dry and I have not had an issue with odor, but I believe that is more due to the KOE that I use with it. It is quiet and I often use it in the wee hours of the morning without disturbing the rest of the household. In summary, this is one of those times that spending a little more money on a more expensive wet/dry mop is probably worth it. I don’t really know yet, because now I have to save up before I can afford to purchase another one. Who knows, maybe they are all as disappointing as this one.

Would not buy it again. Thw machine did not even work i had to return it right away. Did not clean or perform well did not pick up dog hair or water. And the battery died in less than an hour of me trying to use it the first time.

Easy to use, light, easy to clean. Great product to keep house tidy
