Highly recommended and very good picture quality , very easy and simple to set up 1-5 minutes it took me in total to set up , not hdmi but that doesn't matter , the picture quality is great .. no flickers etc. , all cables and battery's supplied and full instructions in box , very tiny remote control which is ok .. top thing I like about it is ... multiregional! , superb .. superb quality , I bought one for the living room and one for my eldest son's bedroom .. these dvd players are so cheap for under £30.00 , thankyou LG ...

Suitable DVD player with decent picture and audio quality, remote control is a bit too small.

I was a little apprehensive about buying this as I previously bought another DVD player promising to be region free from a high street retailer, which was not the case and also reading several reviews of this player was a little cautious. The set up is easy with 3 cables going into the back of the player and a scart connection to the back of the tv.The picture quality is excellent and now sits with my lg blue ray player which as a word of note don't have them plugged in at the same time as the remote as you will control both units. This is not really a problem.I am overjoyed with this and goes well with all the other audio visual devices I have.

Compact, easy to use, nice looking dvd player. It's everything I wanted at a great price.

The DVD player is fine. It's played everything I've needed it to play.However, the remote. This hardly works and I've not had it for very long, and to be honest, it hasn't been used very much since buying it. I will attempt to get this sorted out, but it's time and effort that I didn't need.The reason for only one star: the DVD player only has a power button and eject button on the outside. The rest is operated with the remote. So if the remote doesn't work, the player doesn't work.If I get a very satisfactory response, then I may change the rating, but this is quite expensive for what is essentially a very basic player. It should work!

found the player to be a bit hit and miss so far.bought it as a present for my mum as she likes a lot of films you can only get on region 1.so far ive ordered 2 different box sets and only 1 has worked.not sure if its the player or the discs as it came up with a message saying check region code

The dvd player arrived sooner than expected. It's an excellent product and plays all my american dvds. It's really easy to set up and is compact enough to fit nicely with the rest of my equipment and the colour even matches! I would recommend this player without hesitation for anyone who wants a multi-region dvd player.

Really good value for the price. Small, compact and light it really delivers and is truly multi zone! I don't regret buying it!
