Great product for relief from indegestion

I use milk thistle every three months then two months off as a liver cleanse and support. It is an excellent herb in helping to restore liver health of you have overindulged with fatty food or alcohol Having said that this brand is more expensive for the amount of tablets you receive The tablets are small but chalky and taste okay No adverse effects on my tummy and came next day .

A good product to which I had no adverse reactions (I was worried because of the high strength). Despite the lack of comparative testing, I found they helped very well with over indulgence ( a hangover in layman's terms).
