It is basically a "magic eraser" sponge, but cut into tiny strips. If you have every used one, they crumble as you use them, that's how they work. This one does the same. It seemed to get my teeth whiter, but it's going to last about 10 days, because that's how many strips I got. $18 is EXTREMELY overpriced. I used a magic eraser sponge and that worked too, but much cheaper.

Did not work at all, it was basically a thin piece of a magic eraser.

Don't waste your money. This doesn't even work. It doesn't what the advertisers say it does. Just a piece of foam.

I didnt notice any change at all with the exception of it making my teeth sensitive
