So far.. soooo good! 1. Yes, it's a little pricey- but you get what you pay for! 2. Came 4 days earlier than expected!! And in 3 boxes 3. was so easy to put together!!! The two of us layed it all out in a circle in how you would put it together and built around and then up. 2 hours total. 4. we got the 15ft one with 500lb wt limit so the whole family could be on it together. Great spring strength, the netting was nice and thick, the poles had foam on them and a cover to protect you from bumping. The sewn in screen to mat is fabulous so your feet can't even reach the net! Our son (kid age 10) loves it, he is having so much fun just on the first night! The basket ball hoop is so nice that it's in two poles instead of the net like other brands, the L shape opening is great if you prefer not to be squeezed in! And the steaks to screw it in were heavy duty!! I specifically bought this one bc of the base it has, this gives it better security, gets a higher jump bc of the even weight, and is able to handle more weight. We are very satisfied with this purchase!!

Easy to put together and take apart, kids absolutely love it. Customers service is AMAZING. I had issues with a hole in the net after a year and they were so efficient and speedy with fixing my problem. I could not recommend them enough. Good customer service shows alot about a company and a product.

I would highly recommend Zupapa. We have had our trampoline for not quite a year and my girls have loved it! It is well made and easy to assemble. We did have the safety net tare at the loops and the basketball hoop nets tore. Donna, at Zupapa took care of me. She made sure we got the right parts replaced right away. They stand behind their warranty and make it easy to get issues resolved!!! I would buy again!

I shopped for weeks looking for the perfect trampoline. I had like three in my cart but decided on this one for a couple of different reasons. One reason was the reviews and another was because this one came with the basketball net and also because the safety net was connected to the mat which I love. It was a lot easier to put together than I thought it would be. It took us 3.5 hours but I forgot to put the covers on the top bars so I had to do some disassembly then reassemble. That was my fault. This trampoline is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The kids love it and I love it. We went with the 14 foot and we have a 12 and 4 year old at home. I thought about going with the 12 foot but I am glad I decided on the 14 foot. It is worth every penny and I truly believe you get what you pay for so if you’re on the fence this is what you should buy period.

Great trampoline! Basketball nets don’t last long, we’ve lost the net on ours but the hoop is still good

Excellent customer service!!! Bought for Xmas, just put it together for summer fun. It’s extremely solid and well made. Noticed a small tear in netting…reached out to company, they were super helpful and nice, sent replacement part immediately! Would highly recommend this company!!!

Great trampoline for the money! It says you need 4 people to assemble. I did it myself in about 2 hours. Just wish I could find a done cover for the top. Thinking now is should have only gone 12-14ft instead of 16ft. Otherwise great quality trampoline.

Zupapa produces a well made trampoline that withstands daily use by our three kids and lots of their friends! We thought we would have to buy a new one when one of the straps that attaches to the poles broke. Thankfully, I did not have to worry for even five minutes! I wrote to the company to tell them what happened and sent a picture and within hours Milka, from customer service responded and let us know that Zupapa stands by their products and would be shipping me a new net and I would be receiving it within a few days. I am truly impressed by the company’s integrity and Milka, who communicated with me through every step of the process! Highly highly highly recommend!!!
