Was purchased as a surprise for my wife as an early anniversary gift, shipping was very fast, coming in 3 large boxes each weighing about 60 pounds, large but not so awkward that my two teens weren't unable to get them in the house without me.Assembly was fairly quick and easy with my son and I splitting each box. Every box comes with a set of build instructions and extra Allen wrenches, which is always a bonus! The pillows are inside the underside of the seats, which is great except for my one cushion that had a tiny tear in the plastic causing it to expand inside the frame. I was able to get it out but it took a bit of prying!The couch is sturdy, and seems like it's going to be too short to the ground, but honestly for me, not a super tall guy at 5'9, it's about perfect. I have extreme spine issues, as does my wife, which is why I purchased this, as sometimes my wife can't make it back up the stairs in the house and we wanted a convertible sleeper sofa. It's a bit stiff at first but I think that's because it's memory foam with inner springs, and we were used to our old busted couch. It does have that typical memory foam smell but it dissipates quickly, and honestly smells more like green soap than anything (IYKYK but it made me want to get a new tattoo as soon as I smelled it) so definitely not a bad thing at all, and by the evening, with our air filter, we couldn't even smell anything anymore.The color is awesome, it's listed as deep grey but to me it's almost dark dark blue depending on the light. The backrest is a little short, but I have it against the wall right now and sort of in an L shape. It's not velvet but it does have a nice texture to the cushions, I haven't had to clean it yet but I feel like a quick wipe down and a quick hit with the steam shot once a month or so will be perfect. Oddly, this couch is both bigger than our older 3 seater and yet smaller in terms of overall footprint, in a good way. Normally I all not a fan of modern furniture design but this seating is very tasteful and unobtrusive, and just fits in while looking inviting.My only complaints here is honestly that it doesn't have ottoman/seat storage, but considering the excellent price I think the value is in the overall construction of the seating. Storage would be great for blankets or pillows, or perhaps a mattress topper when it's arranged on sleeper mode but those are personal complaints and has nothing to do with the couch overall. It does sit high enough that one could utilize sweater boxes, and if you really needed to you could get 4 pack of furniture risers for every piece, an extra inch or two of height would make most under bed storage containers work no problem. My only other issue is....I want a few more ottomans! We're a family of 4 so being able to all sit together and lounge would be perfect. I haven't reached out to the company to ask them about buying single pieces to add on, but the communication from the company was great, and they mentioned I should reach out with any questions regarding additional pieces.Longevity, who knows, luckily my kids aren't children anymore and won't walk on this couch. We do have pets but it seems very pet friendly, and I'm a fairly big guy, even though I'm short, but the couch feels very sturdy. I really really like that it's not actually fully attached, other than by clips, because others can come sit and your personal seat won't move at all. I feel that this couch is a great multitasker, filling the need for a couch, an emergency or temporary bed, a lounger, or even a low riding recliner for movie nights or gaming. A couple extra pillows or blankets, and maybe a 1 or 2 inch mattress topper for sleep mode and to keep down on wear and tear, and you've got a nearly all in one solution for arranged seating in nearly any room. Would definitely buy again!

This couch is great for a smaller apartment or college living situation, especially considering the price. It is very versatile with the sectional design and is quite comfortable as well. The back cushions are nice and soft, and the seat cushions have some firmness to them. I assume over time, the seats will soften too. The couch arrived in 3 boxes, each had their own tracking number. New couch smell dissipated within a few days and it was very simple to assemble the couch. So far, no regrets purchasing this couch and would recommend!

It's a really good product for the price. Right color, right size and also easy to assemble. It's comfy, the only thing I didn't really like was the width but it's fine. I really recommend this product.

We ordered the six piece sectional on a Sunday and received two of the packages on Thursday and the final package the next day. We were very impressed with the speed of delivery.Everything was well packaged with easy to follow assembly instructions. All the tools needed to put the pieces together were included in the packaging. It took about an hour for two of us to assemble the entire sectional.The furniture is very comfortable although I don't expect it to last for decades. We enjoy changing out our furniture every few years anyway so this was a great choice for us. We looked at modular sectionals at local furniture stores, but the cost for each piece was almost as much as what we paid for this entire sectional.I love how the pieces can be easily rearranged so you're not stuck with the same look. Plus all the pieces connect so nothing is sliding apart.The dimgrey is a beautiful rich color. But I think I might need to add some throw pillows with some color to liven it up a bit.It's a great set for smaller spaces. We would definitely recommend for anyone who is not looking to drop a small fortune on furniture.

I was skeptical at first, but have been pleasantly surprised! This requires assembly, but it was easy to do, with clear instructions. The couch is more on the firm side for me, but still comfortable; it may soften up over time. I like the color and fabric itself, the frame seems sturdy. I love that I can arrange the pieces as needed in my space. In regards to other complaints about size, it feels appropriate for what you're paying. I am 6' and am able to comfortably lay on the couch (at least how I have it arranged). The seats aren't very deep, so laying on your side may be more comfortable.
