Worked perfectly with my headphones that had a usb c and my iPhone.

These work well but they’re a little bit bulky and I always get scared that it’s going to snap off if I hit it while it’s connected to my phone

Best earphone to USB-C adapter
I use this to connect an earpiece to my Mac Mini. This for me is superior to the wired adapter, since the wire eventually becomes fatigued and breaks.
