A really nice weighty warmer for your body parts
I was amazed that this wrap works exactly as it says! Of course, everything should, but so many things now days don't even come close to the product description. It comes with FOUR Sets of instructions. They want to make sure you use it correctly, which is a pretty good idea since a lot of people never bother to read the brochure that comes with the product. It was only a small challenge to get the plastic wrapped clay pack inside the rather thin cover, but it will stay there until such time as the cover might need to be washed. I was amazed that after only 1 1/2 minutes in my 1000 watt microwave this pad felt nice and warm. Not hot - the booklet says it will be like an electric heating pad on low. And, yes, it did continue to heat for about 3 minutes after I removed it. I bought this for my feet which feel like they have been encased in solid ice in this very cold weather. I didn't know if it would warm both feet, but it is just large enough to do that for my women's size 8 1/2 feet. I put it in the bed to pre-warm the mattress and sheet/blanket while I do the final things before going to bed. The first night I used this I was able to get to sleep in about 5 minutes, compared to the hour and a half minimum time it had been taking for my feet to warm enough (with fuzzy bed socks on and also wrapped in heavy fleece!) to get to sleep. I didn't even need the fuzzy bed socks with this pad! It does stay quite warm for a couple hours, and I wound up waking up for my usual night time potty trip with my feet so warm that I did not need the pad at all the rest of the night. When I first opened the box I was concerned that the weight might be too heavy for my feet. It carries heavy, but on my feet it feels just right! I highly recommend this "heating pad". I think it would be a wonderful help for many other parts of the body also because, with its velcro straps it is very versatile.

Holds Heat and Is Priced Right
This is just what I was looking for. It's affordable, holds heat for a long time, and is comfortable to lay on to heat my lower back.

Good product
I like these because the clay or whatever it is, lasts a long time without breaking down or bunching up like silica gel packs. Nice cover on it too - which is totally removable. Happy with it.

Good ice wrap for multiple body parts
I have been using this product for the past months. I have been seeing a physical therapist for both my knee and shoulder and noticed that at the end of every session, they use an ice wrap to reduce any possible chance of inflammation. So naturally, I bought an ice wrap for home use for when I do my exercise routines or when my shoulder or knee are painful. The number one reason why I purchased this product was because of its good reviews from The Wirecutter (Google it, if you don’t know what I am talking about). I bought the X-Large and for the price, I thought it was one of the better deals out there in terms of an ice wrap with solid reviews. The ice wrap comes with a fabric sleeve that can be removed. To keep it closed, it uses a Velcro patch. This is one of the problems that I have with the ice pack. The small patch is in the inner side of the pack. So when you wrap it around, say your knee, you will feel it and it will scratch. The actual wrap is made out of what looks like clay. You can actually see it since it is inside a durable transparent plastic bag. I have mixed feelings about the clay. If you keep the wrap in your freezer and decide to use it right away, the material is pretty hard. It is difficult to mold around a body part when it’s that cold. After it has been sitting on your body for about 5 minutes or so, the clay softens and molds nicely to your body part. In terms of holding temperature, it keeps my knee almost too cold – I keep my knee wrapped for 10 minutes. If you do decide to use it multiple times consecutively, say your shoulder then your knee, you will be disappointed. It is fairly cold for the first body part, but once you apply to the second body part, it is too warm by then to be effective. The two Velcro straps are very nice. I can wrap them around my knee twice and it keeps everything nice without being overly tight. For my shoulder, I wrap it like a messenger bag and the straps stretch enough to make a decent fit. A wrap specially made for your shoulder would be much better in terms of fit, of course. All in all, despite the flaws that I pointed out, I really like this product and would recommend to anyone looking for an ice wrap. I have not tried this hot, but I can imagine it will be miles away from those wraps that have RICE inside.

Cold pack made easy and long lasting
The ThermiPaq Reusable Ice Pack worked like a charm! molds easily to the affected area and stays cold a long time. The fabric sleeve with straps made it easy to use, with flexible location options, and for the product to stay in place. A very clean appearance. Gave me excellent relief from my back pain. Love that it is reusable and doesn't sweat like gel products.

Heat feature is very good and retains
This cold/heat pack is soooo good. Heat option is really awesome. Once heated for 90secs in microwave the heat pack stays warm for almost 20mins. It helps relaxing Muscle pain and its so easy to heat and use . I searched for many heat packs and glad I found this one which really solves my purpose.

Hot and Cold pack
This thermipaq was good to use. I find that the hot pack was better than the ice pack, it was not as cold. I think may be because the lining is too thick or possibly need a bigger pack of ice. I think also that it is a little big for the shoulder, unless you are laying face down and lay the pad across the back of your shoulders.
