This is a cute backpack, and the straps are very comfortable!

After a few days of using this backpack, the zipper broke. It is still on the backpack but it keeps coming undone. This morning, I was walking to school and all of my books and my laptop fell out onto the sidewalk. It was horrible! Other than that it’s a great backpack, but because my computer fell out I will no longer be able to use this backpack.

Very nice backpack, it’s a nice size for going to school. Many books fit and there is padding for my laptop. It came with a very cute bear and a lot of cute little pins! Many people in other reviews said that theirs didn’t come with pins but mines came with 12!!! Very happy with my purchase I hope it lasts long.

zipper broke only after 2 weeks of school. I have a highschooler so it was a big deal. the zipper broke at school with my daughter's laptop in. luckily she didn't need her laptop. the seller was prompt to try and make it right but I had to order a replacement overnight because well.. my daughter had to go to school with a functioning backpack the next day lol. thank goodness for overnight delivery. we had to buy something else. I would say this bag deserves more credit though. material seems nice. just the stitches i guess are not that well done. if you reinforce the stitches, i would say it would last.
