Over New Years, after going through and staying in some wintry weather, I managed to get scratches in my windshield from what looked like either road debris or ice that got dragged across the windshield from the wipers. This is the first time I'd seen that after living in the Midwest and Sierra Mountains for many years. I wasn't thrilled about the prospect of replacing the window just for these 3-4 scratches scratches that were 6-8" long so I looked for something that'd at least be worth a try. Over the course of two days I did the procedure with this restore kit and the scratches were completely gone. $27 well spent. One thing I did learn after my first application is to apply the polishing compound directly onto the glass like you would car polish. The instructions say to put it on the buffing pad or the window but putting it on the pad doesn't get enough of the product onto the window. Great product overall and will likely buy again when needed.

First of all the polish very runny consistency. The polishing pad just pushed it around and never even hazed. It just dripped to the bottom of the windshield or dried in clumps. This is after I shook it for several minutes. Once I washed the polish away I noticed it still left spots and bug spots on the windshield. So I cleaned the window with a window cleaner, clay bared the window and then repeated the process with the same results. Next, there is no easy way to apply the sealer with the pads provided. The product is too thin and just runs down the windshield before you can evenly apply it. And still the pad just pushes it around. Would have been better with a standard coating applicator. And then removing the product was almost impossible. Just an all around bad product. Definitely look elsewhere for window restoration. And to top it off, they will not offer refunds on this product even though it is defective.

Excellent glass protector. Easy to use. Great price. Last long time to protect windshield glass. Makes cleaning easy.

The cleaner Cleaned the glass well The sealant didn’t really do what it said. As far as I understand it, it would seal it like when you apply rain-x and make the water bead up and run off. Unless I misunderstood that is not the case. Maybe I need to try it again

This item work and did the job for about 6 months and then I had to reapply, it did remove the scratches but they seem to have come back so I used it again and there gone

I was hesitant to try this - seeing as how this is a new product with no unpaid reviews. I decided to try it and I followed the instructions religiously. The cleaner works really well - I never had my windshield so clean. However, the sealer leaves the windshield "greasy". I waited the prescribed 10 minutes before buffing (actually a little more) ... and the "grease" would not buff off. I waited another half an hour (thinking it needed more drying time) and then spent the next half-hour trying to buff off the greasy finish (had to use several micro-fiber cloths to get the streaks down to an acceptable see-through level). I'm going to let it sit for several hours and try again to buff (maybe the streaking can finally be cleared). Definitely not as easy to apply as shown in the video (but hopefully the results will be worth it). Thus - I'm rating only 4 starts at this time.

Followed the video instructions and it did not do anything other than leave a super greasy film on my windshield that is impossible to buff or clean. Avoid this product at all costs. Picture is after waiting 10 min, buffing, 90 min cure, wiping down 1000s times with windex and rubbing alcohol, and I am still figuring out what else to use. Really annoyed.

Very disappointing. The polish didn't clean up even the smallest defects. The sealer is very very hard to remove and clear haze after the application. Its been a week and a few car washes and I still have smudges from excess on the glass. The product makes bugs and bird poop almost stick to the glass like glue. It does not improve visibility, barely helps with rain repelling. I would have been better off just using Rain-x every other week. Not worth the money even on sale. I reached out to their support website and have yet to even get an autoreply.
