What is the complete ingredient list?

The ingredients sound scary, and they're mostly in French. But the lotion works wonders for me and I won't use anything else. Other lotions do not compare. Here is the list of ingredients: eau, uree, propylneglycol, triethynolamine, polyisobutene, hydrogene, myristate, d'isopropyle, acide latique, acide malique, alcool cetylique, stearate de PEG-100, monooctadecanoyleglycerol, acide amine de la sole, imidazolidinyluree, acide sorbique, carbomer, EDTA disodique, quaternium-15, polysorbate 15, polysorbate 60, cetearyl alcohol.

It is made in Toronto, Canada...our next-door neighbor. The lotion is wonderful...lasts long and feels wonderful...and prevents the sores on my legs from re-opening. They've actually healed completely. Whenever I stopped this lotion, the sores came back. Nothing else worked until this lotion! So, I keep buying it.
