What is the taste of this protein ?

"What" is the taste? Depends on what you are ordering. If you are asking "How" is the taste? Depends ... I favour Vanilla, Banana and Neutral. MyProtein is a bit on the sweet side, but then again I am a bit sensitive in that respect and often find artificial flavors too sweet. Thats why I often blend Vanilla with Neutral 50/50. Banana on the contrary is just fine! Orange-Cream is strongly despise! It doesn't taste like either of it! Its just that you have this very strong artificial aftertaste from drinking it and its hard to get rid off by trying to cover it up by adding choco powder or coffee powder even. So hands off Orange-Cream if you value your sanity!

Do you mix it with water or milk?

I mix with water, I think it mixes really well compared to other protein.
