These pants feel like the real thing. No issues so far with the quality or durability. HOWEVER, they fit large. I ordered the size based on the BDU pants I was issued in the military, but these fit substantially larger. I ordered a medium long. The issue seems to be the the "long" designation. Unless you are built like a Kenyan marathoner (really long inseam) or six foot, four inches (I am 6'2"), then do not get long.The waist adjustment tabs do not hold very well (that may resolve over time).

I got this as a holiday gift and my very tall son in a longer size because he is 6' 5". He was nicely surprised how much more comfortable they are compared to other ones that he has from the same brand since these ones seem to have a taller rise besides longer legs too. So, they is more space on the crotch area so he can seat very comfortably for hours with these pants, according to him. The band at the bottom is a nice feature so the legs helps so they do not drag on the floor or ground when walking

Overall I recommend this pants, however be careful what size you pick. First I went with the large-long. It was a mistake... I am 6’4” and 200 pounds and it was huge on me! Now the medium long, fit very well, however it was still little bit long. The the long is for sure people who are LONG! good pants so far, I recommend it for this price.

Waist and length good but way too baggy. Not like my Army issue BDUs.
