This is perfect for potlucks whether you’re carrying hot or cold dishes - or both at the same time. The first time I used it, I made two types of cold salads. One 13x9 container of pasta salad and another same size container of potato salad. I thought the two containers might be too heavy for the bag, but it actually held perfectly! The design and structure, along with the handles make it very sturdy. As you can see in my photos, there’s a few extra inches to the side of the container, so you can fit a cooler pack.We had a family picnic at the beach. After 4-5 hours, the salad was still cold (with ice packs). I love this because we normally pull the salad in and out the cooler when serving. But this! You can put it right back in the bag and you’re good!This bag is easy to use and easy to clean! Just give it a nice hawk tuah and wipe it down!The zipper is smooth - no issues there. There’s a fold with a snap button for the handles for easy carrying. Not to mention a pocket on the top of the bag for your utensils.I recommend to use containers or pans with a secure lid, but I don’t foresee any leaks if you don’t. When using tin foil pans, I would recommend placing a piece of cardboard or a small chopping board over the bottom pan to keep the top pan from smashing the other.Overall, this was a great purchase. If you’re like me and you make multiple dishes for gatherings, this will save you couple trips from your car! I wish I bought this sooner! Get it! Now! Go! 🤩

My new, good looking and well designed Rachael Ray Expandable Lasagna Lugger worked... I mean REALLY WORKED - completely as advertised! At 6:45 AM I was running late. With two large 9" x 13" glass Pyrex dishes VERY HOT (straight from the oven), I put on the dish lids and popped them both directly into the carrier on top of kitchen towels. Stacked and packed with serving spoons (and a few other items in the top pocket), I zipped up that pretty double carrier and had no time to loose getting to the car. I had to get into work! Our luncheon Potluck Carry-In for Halloween was not to begin until 11 AM, and the carrier sat on my desk until then. When I took dishes from the carrier, they were still very hot. Needless to say, the dishes were at the perfect temp to serve and several people looked over the very good looking carrier I had just collapsed right in front of their eyes - who doesn't like a space-saving gadget!?!When clean up time came, I placed the empty dishes back into the quickly expanded carrier along with the serving spoons and towels, just as before. When all was unpacked at home, I discovered the interior wiped clean with a damp cloth (as expected) , but the bottom of the carrier had what I think was dried-on Green Bean Casserole smeared on the exterior fabric - apparently I set the carrier down in a place that had not been clean. I took the same damp cloth to the dried-on mess of the fabric - the smear came off without a stain... as if it was never touched - HAPPY DAY!DO YOUR HOMEWORK - I'm so glad I read the reviews others had written on this and other products I've considered. Rachael Ray makes excellently designed and well thought-out products. Everything I've purchased from her line of kitchenware has been a 5 Star success in our home, and THAT'S saying something. I will be using this handy carrier for years of happy, SAFE transport of hot foods to all our potlucks and family gatherings; and looking very smart and fashionable too.

I ordered this carrier because of the convince. It's just good too have in case the casserole dish slides around and food leaks out from the dish. I rather it leak out in the carrier not on the floor/seat of my vehicle. Most important reason was for keeping my hot dish hot or very warm. Now I also like cold desserts to stay cold where ever I go no matter the distance. To be honest also I haven't used it yet because I don't cook much (not married) but I do bake more. Right now I don't know if my daughter will be traveling much or be with other family members because of some traveling too be with their kids whom live out of state, one is taking care of a broken hip (she might need my help) and other slim-bling with his in-laws. When I do use it I will post a review. It does look nice and well made.

This is the best casserole carrier. It’s well-made and sturdy. Love the color. I used it for my Thanksgiving side dishes. The compartments are spacious and it kept my mashed potatoes and macaroni & cheese very warm. Highly recommend.

My mom loved this! She got purple. I found the color atrocious but hey, she can find the thing at a party and she likes it. I have the red one. Love it, which inspired me to buy this purple one. People always try to steal them from us at our various functions.... Get for yourself and then get for a friend! The best of the best. I work in food, I'm a hot bag snob. This the one. Two layers for two casserole dishes, plus a pocket for spoons and such! What more could you need? Great insulation. Nice handle. Quality material and construction.

I often bring two Mac n cheese dishes to family events. One goes in my single warmer, the other covered in foil. This baby will hold two pampered chef dishes. One is slightly smaller but there's room to spare. So I believe it would hold two 9x12 baking dishes. Love it so far. Only 4 stars because I haven't used it yet with full dishes. If I remember, I'll update after the next gathering. There's a zipper pouch to put utensils or any random small item.

Works great to keep food hot until ready to serve. I like that this has 2 spots so you can carry to 9 x 11 casserole dishes and keep warm. I use the gel packs that you heat up (or freeze) to keep my food hot. I use this for tailgates or potlucks! So easy to wipe clean (easier than Pyrex portable I have)
