Poor design
As the water is sucked up from the windows it sprays out of a side vent at each side of the machine. So as well as my face getting sprayed droplets of water land on the window sill. It is also tricky to drain the water from when it needs to be emptied. I had previously had a Karcher window vacuum which is a much better design.

No good on internal windows.
Disappointing in that it's not possible to remove condensation from the bottom of a window because the reservoir collides with the window sill. It cannot be used sideway as collected water escapes through vents in the main body.

Not a great tool
Water is sucked in and then comes out with the air instead going into the tank.
