Q: The entrance looks too high for old and elderly cats. Why can't they design an entrance at no more than 6" high?

It would be pretty easy to fashion a step. Personally, I needed a higher opening to keep my small dog out.

Q: Have you used arm & hammer slide with the leo's loo two?

I use and love Slide in all of my other litter boxes, but in the Leo’s loo too it seems to escape from the drum and gets caught in the workings underneath.

Q: What does the warrenty cover? If it break within a year is there a replacement policy?

I was just informed that the silicone liner on the bottom, which my cat shredded and detached somehow, is not covered by the warranty. They did, however offer a one-time replacement anyways. Fingers crossed.

Q: I know the company is based in California, but is it also assembled in the U.S.?

I just checked our user manual and it indicates that the units are made in China. We would have preferred a product assembled in the USA, however, that being said, we absolutely love Leo's Loo Too. We have been using it for several months and have nothing but good things to say about it. Our pair of almost two-year-old cats began using the Loo Too immediately and actually seem to enjoy it. Cleanup is a breeze and the mobile app is awesome. The floor is carpeted, but we set the Loo Too on a large ceramic tile which provided a secure base. I'm not sure the weight estimates of each cat are accurate, but that is of no importance to us. Hope this information helps.
