I was skeptical about buying this because of the reviews. I actually love it. I used the thinner one on some metal plates for phone holders that never stuck was getting ready to throw them out. Got this put a small amount on 2 side and OMG it hasn't come off once. I would've been putting them back on at least once a day it's been 2 weeks and my magsafe popsocket hasn't pulled it off once. I then used it on a flush mount surge protector that didn't have a screw option that just kept falling off the wall. Used the thicker one and 2 small pieces after cleaning off my other tape residue waited till dry and it's not coming off yes.... ummm just thought that might not be the best idea I've had. I changed my review I made a mistake and felt it necessary to apologize. I left a review that was unflattering for what I thought at the time was this product then yesterday I was looking for something in a drawer and found this tape that I remember ordering and must have been in a hurry and put in the drawer cleaning up and have been using a different tape thinking that tape was this tape. Again I’m so sorry I like tape and have lots of projects I’m always looking for the right tape or glue, I was wrong I have tried this tape your clear tape and it is excellent and it’s thick perfect. I know how important reviews are or can be and how word of mouth can help to this tape is great you could use it as a magnifying lens

I have a problem with the driver's side floor mat shifting sideways in my car, and I hoped this double-sided tape would solve the problem. Not so much, but that's my bad... the vendor does say it's 'not for rough' surfaces. This should stick much better if I were using it for a poster on a wall.Even with hanging a poster on a wall, I would still see some problems. With other double-sided tapes, the protective layer that's on one side of that tape is usually a different material (like paper) and a different color and it's easy to peel that layer off. The protective layer on this tape seems to be almost the same material and is also transparent, so it's really difficult to get a corner up to start peeling it off, and when I did peel off the protective layer, the underlying tape s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d. What I'd cut as a 6-inch length of tape became 10- to 12-inches in length. Not at all what I expected...For the right need, these tapes should work, but I don't recommend then.

Awesome sticking properties. A bit difficult to peel the protective film attached to one side of the tape but not impossible.Two rolls of half inch tape included with one roll longer than the other.Don't be fooled by TV commercials showing you how a similar product to this can hold a brick attached to a wall with added weights.

Super strong, but it will remove the paint from any surface. If used on a whiteboard, beware it will take awhile to remove it all. You will need a butter knife and Goo Gone.

The media could not be loaded. Great stuff! Easy to use and removable for repositioning. I hung a Tapestry from my ceiling and it worked great!

Needed to use way too much to get light things hung to the wall. Pictures keep falling off when I use this brand. I tried hanging a light canvas print a small one, and ended up having to use almost a roll of this to get it to stop falling down. I don’t recommend it.

Very sticky and much better value than Home Depot.
