This I see a very good study guide
This I see a very good study guide, challenging to dig deeper into emotions. It's been hard to do Dailey as it bring my emotions to the top, but pressing through has proven to be beneficial with addressing my feelings and thoughts as well as push past insecurities ( that I thought I had previously dealt with).

**KINDLE VERSION FLAWED**
**WARNING... KINDLE VERSION ERRORS** I’m using this in a recovery group. I’ve had to purchase the printed version after all because the kindle version is missing many assignments randomly. The content in its intended for is great and helping my healing process tremendously... I’m disappointed that I had to spend more money to get all the material.

This book taught me how to manage and deal with my emotions
I have read this book and completed the journaling exercises included in this. This workbook is not for the addict - it is for the spouse of an addict. This book was written from the perspective of a woman who's husband is in recovery from his addiction to pornography. Mark and Debbie edited the book for the Author. The purpose of this workbook is for the spouse to learn about the different stages of grief that she is experiencing, and more importantly, how to manage these emotions in way that will not cause more harm to herself, her marriage, her relationship with her children, friends and other family members. As a woman who has been through a sexual betrayal, I can attest to this part of book being one of the best things that I could have read in the mist of my cyclone of emotions. Learning about my husband's betrayal turned me into a person that I didn't recognize, but this book helped me take a step back and understand that it was OK to be feel every single emotion I was feeling, but more importantly, It helped me to manage these emotions in a less harmful way. This book is about finding the freedom to live in the grace of God - no matter the choices our spouse makes, because the truth is, is that we only have control over ourselves - not our husbands. It's about being transformed into the woman God has always intended us to be and understanding that no matter what our husband's choose to do with their recovery, we will be OK on the other side of all of this IF we put in a little hard work on our end to recover from the trauma we endured from our husband's betrayal. This workbook and the support groups associated with this book has helped so many women, myself included.

Healing and growing forward
My workbook is falling apart because I have been using it for over two years now. This workbook has been a lifeline to recovery for me. The homework through journaling has been a major stepping stone for my healing. The support group is a life saver. Melissa Haas, along with Mark and Debbie Laaser have put together a program that allows you to grieve for what has been lost and apply principles to live life to its fullest. A wonderful reminder for spouses of sexual addicts is “You didn’t cause it, you cannot control it, not can you cure it.” LIFE Recovery Guide for Spouses helps you live again.

Valuable grieving exercises
I have used this book both personally and professionally. Gives very directed exercises for grieving safely and grieveing well. It does not exonerate their partner, but gives insight in to the responsibilities we all have to work on ourselves. Not for everyone, but very helpful for those it is.

Another outstanding resource by Melissa Haas and you Mark & Deb and Melissa Haas and The Lassers
I have used most of the resource that the Laaser offer and have my own recovery; as a spouse, this book has been outstanding. My husband and I both feel the Laaser have saved our marriage and maybe our lives. Thank you Mark & Deb and Melissa Haas.
