Shipping weight is listed as 3# so you can safely assume that it is about 1.25kg (1250g) or slightly more or just under 2.9# dry weight. That includes the container, of course. Mine just came yesterday and we are getting ready to pour out some buckwheat pancakes: can't wait! This is by far the best I have found on Amazon and I have tried several. Just a biscuit corner dipped in it told me it was a step up above previous brands.
