I purchased this air fryer because our old one was on its last leg and I also wanted a bigger fryer. After doing quite a bit of research this model offered what I wanted and the price was within my budget.I’m very happy with this purchase. I really like that I can air fry two different things at a time on different temp settings. Such a cool feature. The interior is very spacious so that I am no longer having to to do things in batches. I also like the bake, broil, reheat and dehydrate options. I’ve used all of those features except the dehydrate but am anxious to try and make some beef jerky using that mode.It’s very easy to clean so when I choose not to use longer it’s not a hassle to clean up which is another bonus for me!It is rather large and a bit bulky for counter top storage but it fits perfectly on my small portable island. We’ve been using it quite a bit and very pleased so far!

I have a "Beautiful" 6 quart air fryer and needed something bigger for my family's healthier eating habits. This far exceeded my expectations. I ordered another one on Amazon that had deeper bins and was awful (double air fry time, didn't save the settings when you open the bin for long, etc). This air fryer is very comparible to my smaller air fryer although it is bigger. The surface area is top notch.Pros:*air fryer time is same as my smaller air fryer*auto shake reminder is perfect*looks so nice*the half/whole bin air frying settings is a plus*large surface area*perfect to cook 2 items at once which is what I neededCons:*can't cancel one side of the bin which kind of makes sense as the whole bin turns on - you just have a divider to help with heat distribution.All in all so happy with this purchase.Tip: do not hard/soft cook whole eggs in here. The shell is impossible to peel. Best to use a little egg boiler machine.

I was looking for a "larger" air fryer to be able to handle cooking more than just one or two burgers/steaks. I just did not want to spend the hundreds of dollars that Ninja charges for their products. I found the Topzee 11 qt air fryer with flex basket and divider for dual cooking at a price that cannot be beat (lists for $139.99, but Amazon has a $20 coupon that can be instantly applied). This air fryer has met all of my expectations. I use it everyday for just about anything I want to cook/heat up. The cooking space is three times the size of my old air fryer and it is so simple to use and very easy to clean. I also like the entire black exterior (no metal trim) which looks so sleek and matches the rest of my kitchen appliances. As soon as I received the air fryer, I registered it online for the two year warranty and received a courteous reply from the Topzee customer service manager, who not only confirmed my warranty registration but advised me that he and his team are available for any questions or concerns. To me that means everything -- especially since these days it is so difficult to get a customer service response from just about anyone. I definitely recommend this product to those looking for a larger size air fryer. By the way, this product takes up less space on my counter than my old Emeril Lagasse 360 Air Fryer - which was just too hard to keep clean, so I got rid of it.

We've used an air fryer for several years and use it on the regular. My wife bought this as a Christmas present for us all. My boys use it more than we do. It's nice to have two sides. Although I wonder how well it separates the heat. Compared to our old it takes a little longer to cook. Not a big deal because you can certainly get the same results. The best part about it right now is the clean up. We mainly use it for chicken nuggets french fries, tatter tots etc. The surface is non-stick and super easy to clean. It's probably used every other day sometimes 2 or 3 days in a row and we've had it for about a month now. It is much bigger than our old one which didn't really matter since we had the space, but if you don't have the space it's something to consider. Overall it's a great air fryer I would recommend.

The quality is not the best. It has an excellent interface and a large cooking area. However, one of the tabs that is needed to indicate the drawer is inserted fully broke after only a few uses. I contacted Topzee support and they responded very quickly and sent me a new unit. It is very quiet and seems to cook quite well.

The air Fryer is fine, it is spacious, the Ninja is more faster, it heats up faster, this one only reaches 400, the problem is this one arrived in Fahrenheit and changed to Celsius, I contacted the company and it has been almost two months and they did don’t respond to me but they have not given me a solution they don’ contacted me again, I am going to return the product, I like it the size, but the customer service suck and it does not heat up quickly, I do not recommend it., I come back they resolve the problem is very easy , the take time for response but they did , that why I put 5 star instead 4 , highly recommend this product, very spacious.

Wonderful product. We have cooked steaks, bacon, and a casserole, and all turned out to perfection. We owned 2 Ninja Foodi Air Fryers before this one. We liked them a lot but saw this Topzee and how large it was, so decided to try it. We did not know of the brand Topzee before, so were was taking a risk. So far the risk has paid off, it works great, - and if it holds up well, I would replace it with another in the future. Time will tell.

Would have been amazing but it leaves a TERRIBLE, STRONG, and LONG LASTING chemical-like smell and it takes over the whole house and all the rooms for at least 1.5 days. The food tastes like the smell as well. When you cook it initially and it eat it right away when it’s warm, the food taste fine, but once you put it in the fridge and microwave it the next day, it taste very much like the chemical smell from the air fryer. We ran it couple of times but the smell didn’t go away. Returned it and had to pay $18 for a box because they don’t ship it with just the air fryer box. So make sure you keep the cardboard box it came in, in case you want to return.
