Gives background and advice, then proceeds to categorise training by duration and intensity, giving 10 examples of training sessions in each of the 6 sections, covering running, cycling, seimming, walking and weight training. Then gives information about periodisation etc. Pretty good overall, but ignore the test to see whether you can begin cross-training, because it's nonsense - unless you regularly indulge in every sport from horseshoe-tossing to American football then you're clearly woefully unfit.
