I loved reading through this book. I love herbal teas and they are good for you. I might start making some of my own teas instead of always buying them. If you buy them somewhere, they are very expensive.

Another bad quality book from AmazonPrinted on cheap white paper with black and white photos.Don’t recommend because it’s not a good quality printed book.

I bought this as a gift for my sister and she absolutely loves it. She has made all sorts of tea and has ordered herbs just based off the recipes in here.
