My Monster Secret Vol. 11 (My Monster Secret: Actually, I Am...)

This volume of the series may not have been the most contributive of the volumes but I loved it. This series always gives me a good laugh even if I can kinda see the joke coming. The light hearted fun of My Monster Secret keeps me eagerly waiting for each new volume.

This series is honestly the best romance manga i have ever read and definitely in the top 3 of my most favorite manga.

Some time ago, one of my reviews attracted a comment saying My Monster Secret will end badly. Volume 11 may be when that starts. The first nine volumes were terrific, Volume 10 was mixed but for the first time, the series had a volume that was painful to read. There were a few good moments, but they were rare. Perhaps Eiji Masuda was experiencing personal turmoil or burnout but Volume 11 of My Monster Secret lacked the magic that made the series so special and I can only give it 2.5 stars.
