I live in Florida, are these shipped in ice packs to keep them from turning into bags of chocolate soup?

No ice packs here. Live in Detroit

I added this item to list. Only to find it is no longer available. So why is it still listed?

Because its still available from other sellers!

Does It Contain Caramel?

Yes. It's a regular Milky Way. Milky Way does make a bar that is ALL caramel.

are milky ways gluten free

NO - I am a Celiac and bought some - what a mistake - sick for 2 week. The nougat is made from Barley and that's not GF. NOT GLUTEN-FREE unfortunately
