Attractive, well made dutch oven
A beautiful dutch oven. It works perfectly to bake loaves of sourdough in. It distributes heat evenly and is easy to wash. It is heavy, though. That is something to be aware of.

Lighter than others
I have only used this Dutch oven once to make sour dough bread, but it worked well and the 3qt size is much lighter than my loaf pan. It was easy to clean and did not require pre-seasoning.

Very nice product
I am happy with the product overall. Solid, nice coating and perfect size and look for my kitchen! The cap doesn't seal very tight, so it might be challenge to cook without adding water. but this doesn't bother me.
