Andis ProTrim Lithium-Ion Trimmer

I bought this product to trim around my Golden Retriever's pads on his paws. This will not cut hair. Unfortunately, I didn't try it until after it was too late to return it, I called Andis and they had me return it to them at $9.19 shipping. They sent me another that didn't work and then another that didn't work. Then they sent me a label finally to return those two, then issues me a refund for the price, but not the tax. This cost me $11 for the opportunity to own a trimmer and then end up with nothing. Customer service people are very nice, but this product is junk. I spent six weeks dealing with this and two trips to ship it back. Don't waste your time or money. One star is way too good for this item.

So, these clippers are small, easy to use, and work well. Pleased with them.The only drawback is that they are noisy, and you need to take some time to introduce your dog to them (especially around the ears). But we would certainly recommend them!

Liked the size. That is the only good thing I can say about it. This thing would not even trim my dogs hair at all! Completely worthless if I could give it a negative rating I would. Waste of money and I missed my window to return it so now I am out $50. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING THIS TRIMMER.

I was going that the product would cut dog hair better than it does. It does a good job combing the hair, but not so good at cutting it. The attachments just ensure that you won't cut any hair at all. It is also a little noisy for something with so little cutting power.

What I received did not even cut the hair on my arm nothing for the dog, tried it on my husband‘s hair didn’t work on that either!? It just didn’t work so I returned it! I love Andis Clippers, but this one just didn’t work so I returned it. love Andis Clippers but this one Must of had a problem! Several clippers all from Andis so I don’t understand this problem!

It’s very easy to use to trim the pads and their behinds on my Pom pups. It’s quiet and didn’t bother my pups at all. Best of all it’s blade can be replaced. I bought a previous model but the blade was not replaceable. This ones blade is smaller, great for those tiny feet. Best of all, it was $54.95 at Pet Smart, but I got it here for only $15.95.

I liked the sleek and stylish look of this clipper....and it feels comfortable in your hand. But when I tried to shave the pads of my puppies feet, I could barely get the job done. The blade seems to get clogged with one little hair very easily. It was awful, I expected so much better from Andis. I use all of their full size clippers and they are awesome!!!

Great! I live these for small jobs like faces & feet. Work perfectly!

Thought this was for humans, fine print said," great for around tails" our kids just don't have tails. This is for dogs, so cost us a bundle to send back

Excellent on the dogs and works well on humans as well.

This set of clippers could hardly take the fuzz off the dogs face let alone cut the hair. The most disappointing product from Andis that we have bought.

Je suis déçu de la coupe des lames.Le tranchant est moyennement efficace.Je vais devoir me procurer un autre trimer avec une meilleure coupe du premier coup. Sans avoir à passer plusieurs fois.
