I was quite concerned at the lack if packaging - it made the item seem cheap which made me wary of using it (I have attached photos of how it was received). The UK plug is clearly popped in as the lead is black and plug is white. However, the needles were all individually wrapped and sterile which made me feel more confident in using it. I checked out one of the needle heads before use, as described in the details, by pressing the bottom and inspecting the needles were intact and it caused it to malfunction and lose its spring action. I think I pressed it too vigorously but feel it should be more robust given the job it does. I have given 4 stars for the poor, questionable packaging and the fact one of my needle heads broke relatively easily. In fact, I was going to even grade it much lower. . .HOWEVER, the results are beyond my expectations on my first treatment. I am 49 and have started to get jowls and wanted a treatment to help improve the lip/jaw area and also improve my eye area where I have developed bags through lack of collagen. I have attached a 'before' photo and an 'after' just after two days and one treatment and I think the results are remarkable on my jowls!! My eye area is improved but it wasn't as noticeable in the pics so I did not upload them. I put on make up last night about 36hrs after treatment because we had a social event otherwise I would have left it another day, but it was incredible how many people commented on how well I look. I can put that down to the youthful glow the treatment has given me. The eye area changes are subtle compared to my jowls but apparently the skin continues to improve over the course of the four weeks before I can do my next treatment. Also, 4 to 6 treatments are advised to get an optimal overall improvement in collagen and elasticity. However, I am so far delighted and impressed with the results, hence the need to post pictures.I was sceptical this would work but had carried out research on microneedling and discovered it can have very good results. Salons made this a treatment outside of my price range costing between £150 - £200 per treatment! This left an at home treatment my only option. I cannot stress enough to carry out as much research before treatment at home, as this is what I would consider a high risk treatment and the risk of infection is high. I would point out, it is very important to make sure you keep your face and work area scrupulously clean before, during and after treatment as you are creating wounds and my face did bleed a little. I purchased some individually wrapped sterile swabs and numbing cream for this treatment from Boots (pic attached) and also used hylauronic acid serum as lubricant (from Amazon) and part of the treatment as recommended from my research. I washed my face just with water for first 24 hours after treatment - taking care not to put anything on that could react or inflame my skin. Then I used a face cream I use and a spf 50 on top of that.I am very happy with results and feel pretty excited about the results over a course of treatments. I highly recommend this product provided it is carried out with caution.

This has to be the best purchase I have made in a long time, my skin is glowing and appears to be getting better by the day, I feel I don't need to go and buy such expensive skincare anymore! The Derma pen arrived a lot quicker than I thought and I had a few questions to ask, when I contacted the company I could not believe how helpful they were at giving me step by step instructions, excellent customer service. As long as my skin is happy I am happy to keep on using the derma pen.

This is a great bit of kit, makes derma stamping so much easier and kinda enjoy it lol. I use ever day for product penetration and the longer setting every 4 weeks for stretchmarks, scars, tightening skin. Would recommend.

Could not wait to try this dermapen tried it on my neck it's easy to use, the only criticism is the needle sizes on the device are very small to see even with glasses on also on the instructions there was no mention of the neck area but can't wait to try it on my face 😄

after first use while attaching the lead to the pen the connection broke of in the tip of the pen (connection from pen to power supply seems to be very fragile)

Didn’t even turn on after charging. Very disappointed.

I have used it twice and it has broken. Do not buy this product.

Starting to see the results and my skin on my face looks amazing really clear and smooth definitely recommended this dermapen love it
