Useful for sure!
Love it so useful ! Easy to set up and use. App is great as well. Good quality and accurate. I do strength training and Pilates and the scale just goes up as I am gaining muscle, and it’s depressing to see it go up so instead I have decide to track with this instead measuring body parts instead 😅and hoping clothes fit better.

Medidas exactas con mucha presición.
Es genial para poder tomarse las medidas uno mismo. Extinedes la cinta y ajustas el inicio al hueco que hay y luego vas recogiendo hasta llegar a tu medida y te da el resultado digitalmente, por lo que te permite que las medidas sean exactas. Si además, te bajas la aplicación, queda registrado y puedes hacer el seguimiento mediante el historial. Así mismo, también sale una guía de cómo tomarte las medidas de cada zona con una breve explicación. La recomiendo 100%. A parte, también me compré la báscula de la misma marca en la que, no sólo te toma el peso corporal, si no que también te toma el nivel de IMC, peso de huesos, etc. Ambos productos son fantásticos.
