These seem to be good quality, and help as well or better than any of the other joint support formulations of similar ingredients I have tried but these require taking 4 capsules a day to get the recommended dose and I am trying to reduce the number of supplements I take in a day and also find supplements that include multiple needed nutrients in one supplement so this supplement didn't work out well for me in that regard and I am currently trying a different one that only requires one pill daily. It did help with pain relief and capsules are relatively easy to swallow especially for the size. I didn't find these to be a great value for the money as you need to take so many capsules and it is only a one month supply, however, it isn't way out of line with what many companies are asking for similar products I guess. I would probably not repurchase at the current price, but they seem to do what they are intended to do and are easy enough to use aside from needing to take 4 a day.

I take all of the ingredients in this supplement daily minus Boswellia, and I’m going to start taking it. I like this comprehensive combination of ingredients for joints.This company is good at communicating, and I get the impression they care and are not just trying to make money. For that, I’m not going to deduct stars for GMP and third party testing not being listed. Recommend adding this information prominently to this site.4 capsule serving doesn’t surprise me. Right now, I take 10 capsules and/or soft gels to get all of the individual ingredients daily in this supplement. A great source for Glucosamine and Chondroitin joint health supplements. I found the capsules to be easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste.

This is a great joint and inflammation support supplement. It contains high quality, clinically studied ingredients and the dosage is potent enough to work. Each 4 capsule serving provides 100mg ApresFlex (clinically studied boswellia, and 100mg is the same dosage used in published research), 1500mg glucosamine, 600mg chondroitin, 600mg MSM, 150mg CurcuGreen curcumin (this is the same as BCM95 curcumin; the 150mg dosage is a little too low as 500mg or more is typically used), and 100mg hyaluronic acid. I've found that curcumin and boswellia work really effectively in combination to manage inflammation and pain, and the added glucosamine and other ingredients is just icing on the cake. I notice reduced inflammation within a couple days of taking this regularly. The only downside is that it's just 30 servings per container, but it's a great supplement and a nice combination of various ingredients.

Most of us, if we're taking this supplement, we're probably taking others as well. So when the daily dose of a single supplement is four pills a day, that can be a lot, on top of everything else you're already probably taking. And at that dosage this bottle actually will only last for a month, which makes it a tad pricey. However, I do feel that it has an excellent combination of ingredients, all targeted at easing joint discomfort and increasing flexibility. I also like that the boswellia and the turmeric are patented forms, I always feel that you have a better guarantee of quality and consistency when using a patented substance. However, to that end, I always look to see that it says on the bottle that the supplement has been made in a GMP facility and that it is third party tested, and neither of those are indicated on this bottle, which is a detracting feature. Still, I find the list of ingredients impressive, it seems that they're coming at the joint issue from just about every possible direction, so while it might not work for everyone, there is a good chance there's something for everyone in this bottle.

The capsules are easy to swallow but you have to take 4 of them to get the listed dosage. I have been taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin for over 20 years. I have also taken Boswellia to help with inflammation. When I saw this Flexicil joint support that has both glucosamine and Boswellia, I had to order. The upside is that this has both ingredients to help with my joints, the downside is that I have to take for capsules. I have been taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night for the past 2 weeks and I have noticed that my joints are not as stiff. This product is made in the USA.
