Woombie Winter, Pink Frosting, Big Baby 14-19 Lbs (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

I absolutely LOVE the original woombie! My 2.5 month old son sleeps so much better in it (no wild flailing arms that can escape from every other type of swaddle). I thought this would be great since it has been so cold this winter, but I do not like or recommend this fabric. My baby wakes up sticky and sweaty in it, but he does great in the cotton original woombie. Stick with that one, even in winter.

Although it claims to be stretchy just like other Woombies, this Woombie was much tighter than the Wrap and Snap Woombie we bought at the same time. It did not fit comfortably on our then 15 lb baby (wearing a light cotton gown underneath). We only wanted one swaddle, and were happier with the Wrap and Snap so returned this one. If you are looking for a swaddle that will help keep baby warmer, I would recommend a cotton swaddle (very stretchy!) worn over fleece pajamas.

Nice, warm swaddler for baby. Size matches the description. Well made-baby outgrew it before we noticed much wear/tear and it washes nicely

This is the only swaddle that didn't ride up in our baby's face at night (and we tried every brand!) Also, it allows free movement of arms within the swaddle which our baby greatly preferred. Buy this! Wonderful gift item for tired parents!

I wish I could give it more stars!!! This saved our sanity. At 2 weeks old, my baby was sleeping 6-8 hours straight at night. It is just the right amount of snug so that it prevents the startle reflex, which wakes up the baby. A key feature is that is zips from the bottom, so you can change a diaper in the middle of the night without having to release the arms. I get this for every pregnant friend I have. I tried other swaddle sacks and swaddle blankets. From 0-3 months this was the only thing that worked for my little Houdini baby! I cannot recommend this enough.
